Для нас важливо:
 

• Досвід 3+ років в сервісній IT компанії на позиції PM Lead / Delivery Lead;
• Управління командою 15+ людей та масштабування департаменту або компанії;
• Досвід роботи в аутсорс / агенції обовʼязково;
• Досвід роботи з міжнародними клієнтами (США / Європа);
• Володіння англійською B2-C1;
• Глибоке розуміння Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid моделей;
• Практичний досвід побудови delivery-процесів з нуля;
• Досвід або базове розуміння P&L management, unit-економіки сервісних проєктів, resource та capacity planning;
• Управління PM-ами, формування KPI та культури відповідальності;
• Розуміння UX/UI процесів, frontend / backend розробки, risk та change management;
• Висока особиста зрілість, орієнтація на результат, готовність працювати у швидкому темпі.

Основні задачі:
 

• Побудова та масштабування delivery-системи для команди  UX/UI, Development, QA та інші;
• Формування стандартів роботи (SOP, процеси, шаблони) та впровадження Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid моделей;
• Побудова структури команд, формування ролей на проєктах (PM, Tech Lead, QA Lead, Design Lead) та оптимізація організаційної структури;
• Контроль фінансових показників delivery-напрямку (маржинальність);
• Управління PM-ами: найм, розвиток, менторинг, формування KPI та культури відповідальності;
• Проактивне управління ризиками та вирішення кризових ситуацій із клієнтами
• Контроль якості delivery: впровадження quality-control, QA-процесів, стабільність релізів, технічна документація, управління ризиками та change management;
• Співпраця з Sales / CBDO: участь у стратегічному пресейлі, валідація оцінок, формування реалістичних roadmap, контроль продажів, побудова системи upsell / cross-sell та аналіз прибутковості клієнтів.

Шукаємо людину, яка добре розбирається у менеджменті команд та бізнес аналізі та намагається просунутись по карʼєрній ланці до PMO або Head of Delivery (або має амбіції обійняти цю посаду протягом 1-2 років)

Якщо ти PM або BA з досвідом і впевнений, що готовий стати PMO, але в теперішній компанії тебе не підвищують - нам є що обговорити

 

Кого ми шукаємо:

• 3+ роки досвіду як Project Manager або BA в аутсорсі чи продуктовій розробці
• Вміння працювати з командами, клієнтами, процесами
• Здатність приймати рішення і нести за них відповідальність

Основні зони відповідальності:

 Перші 6-12 місяців:

- 50% робота як Product Owner на стратегічному проекті клієнта

- 25% робота як Product Owner на власному проекті компанії

- 25% менеджмент Delivery департаменту та вибудова процесів

2027 рік і далі:

- Вибудова департаментів всередині компанії та найм Product owners у свою команда

- Відповідальність за усі наявні аутсорс проекти компанії

– вища освіта (бакалаврський або магістерський рівень);
– 5+ років досвіду в управлінні складними ІТ-проєктами;
– готовність працювати в офісі, в Києві;
– глибоке розуміння методологій управління проєктами (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
– досвід роботи з системами управління задачами (Jira, Confluence);
– навички ефективної комунікації та вирішення конфліктів;
– аналітичне мислення та вміння працювати з великими обсягами даних;
– досвід роботи з державними проєктами або в регульованих галузях.

Буде плюсом:
– знання специфіки роботи з підакцизними товарами;
– досвід впровадження ITSM-процесів;

• Досвід роботи у сфері підтримки клієнтів  (зокрема в IT)
• Англійська мова не нижче В1
