Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own the delivery of parcel locker solutions for our international B2B customers.

This is a client-facing role focused on understanding customer needs, shaping them into clear requirements, aligning delivery plans with business priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of projects and product capabilities.

The Delivery Manager acts as a key coordination point between the customer, Sales, Product, and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer projects and delivery from initial requirements through implementation, rollout, and further development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international B2B customers and act as one of the key points of contact for delivery-related topics
• Gather, analyze, and structure customer requirements and translate business needs into clear requirements for internal teams
• Define and align project scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans with customers and internal stakeholders
• Track overall project progress, commitments, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal Software, Embedded, Hardware, QA, and DevOps teams
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Product Managers to align customer expectations with product strategy and technical capabilities
• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations, and project reviews
• Support pre-sales activities, including requirements clarification, solution discussions, high-level estimations, and implementation planning
• Coordinate customer-facing releases, rollouts, pilots, and launches
• Prepare and present project status updates, delivery plans, risks, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute customer insights and delivery experience to product roadmap planning

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, Product Delivery, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience working with international B2B customers
• Strong understanding of software development and technical product delivery
• Ability to gather and structure business and technical requirements
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Product, Sales, Development, QA, and customer teams
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and general system architecture principles
• Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with IoT, hardware/software products, self-service solutions, or enterprise platforms
• Experience in logistics, parcel lockers, smart devices, or last-mile delivery
• Experience participating in pre-sales and solution discovery
• Understanding of both software and hardware product delivery
