Senior Project / Delivery Manager (relocation to Saudi Arabia)

ZentixSoft is looking for a Senior Project / Delivery Manager! 🚀
 

Format: Full-Time Outstaffing, 13-week initial trial period on-site in Riyadh with expected long-term extension (~20% service management during hypercare).
 

Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Open to candidates currently based in KSA or willing to relocate).

This engagement requires driving a major Data/Digital program for a leading enterprise client in Saudi Arabia, leading a mixed on-site and remote team of 10–12 specialists.
 

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Milestone Delivery: Drive fixed 3-month delivery plans including critical paths, dependencies, production releases, UAT, and successful go-live operations.
• Formal Governance: Establish and execute formal project governance: steering committees, weekly project boards, Earned Value Analysis (EVA) reporting, executive summaries, change control, and deliverable sign-offs.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Manage a cross-functional team of 10–12 engineers (Data, BI, QA, UX, CRM) while driving communication with C-level client stakeholders.
• Regulatory & Compliance Ownership: Navigate local Saudi regulatory frameworks (SAMA / Insurance Authority cybersecurity guidelines, PDPL, data residency).
   

🎓 Our Perfect Match (Requirements):

• Senior Experience: 10+ years of delivering data, analytics, or digital programs in Banking or Insurance, including at least one major Customer 360, CRM, or BI enterprise program.
• Certifications & Governance: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal delivery management certification.
• Saudi Financial Market Experience: Proven experience operating within KSA financial institutions and navigating SAMA/PDPL data residency requirements.
• Relocation & Presence: Willingness and availability to be 100% on-site in Riyadh for the initial 13-week delivery phase.
• Communication: Fluent English (Arabic is a strong plus).
