Delivery Operations Manager, who would shape the Future of Game Ads with Generative AI

About the Role

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects, managing client relationships, and leading project teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables through effective testing and quality assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts, both internally and externally, to keep projects on track.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve delivery capabilities.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with risk management and change management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
