We currently have three in-house performance marketers and two external performance agencies that you would be responsible for leading.
Your Goal
To build and lead the paid acquisition engine that drives Finmap’s growth. You’ll manage multiple funnels across different ICPs and geographies, ensure each is profitable, and create a system that can scale with more people and more traffic.
What You’ll Do:
1. Build the system
— Design and implement a scalable structure for managing multiple funnels by ICP, geography, and funnel type.
— Develop standards for campaign setup, testing, reporting, and optimization.
— Create a clear playbook that allows new team members to quickly join and deliver results.
2. Lead and grow the team
— Manage and mentor in-house Funnel Managers, focusing on their performance, growth, and development.
— Search for, hire, and develop new team members to strengthen the performance team.
— Search for, hire, and manage external contractors and partners.
— Coordinate work with external media buyers, agencies, and contractors.
— Ensure designers, content creators, and copywriters deliver everything your team needs on time and with the right quality.
3. Drive results

— Launch and test new geographies and acquisition channels systematically.
— Track data accuracy and performance metrics across all campaigns.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally

— Provide regular reports and clarity on what works, what doesn’t, and where to scale next.

About the role:The Customer Data Strategy is a high-priority initiative with significant potential and senior management buy-in. Join our expanding team that currently includes a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Architect, and Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Azure Databricks in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable a 'one-stop-shop' for analytical data
- Translate customer-focused commercial needs into concrete data products
