    🎯 Job Description
    As a Marketing Project Manager (Email Marketing Unit), you will act as an operational backbone and coordination buffer between management and a small email marketing team (6–8 people).

    This is not a strategic marketing role and not a content decision-making position. All marketing decisions are owned by the Unit Manager.

    Your mission is to bring structure, clarity, and operational discipline to the team - ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and strong execution.


    🔧 Key Responsibilities

    • Provide operational support to the email marketing team (6–8 members)
    • Monitor internal tables, performance metrics, and deadlines
    • Maintain internal documentation and process clarity
    • Facilitate communication between management and marketers
    • Collect operational feedback and team needs
    • Coordinate salary and bonus calculations
    • Track team performance and workload
    • Maintain order and consistency in internal processes


    📌 Requirements

    • Background in marketing or digital (must understand how marketing teams operate)
    • Experience as a Project Manager / Operations Manager / Team Coordinator
    • Strong organizational and structural thinking
    • Ability to act as a “buffer” - diplomatic, calm, and solution-oriented
    • Strong soft skills and communication abilities
    • Ability to work full-time in the Warsaw office
    • English B1+

    • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
    • Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, scikit-learn, and SQL
    • Proven track record of building and deploying ML models into production

    • Comfortable explaining complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teammates
    • English level: C1 - you read documentation, write clearly, and actively participate in team calls
