Job Summary
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid user acquisition campaigns across digital channels. Youβll work closely with creative, data, and product teams to grow high-value traffic, improve ROI, and identify new scalable acquisition opportunities for our Skin Gambling and Casino verticals. Youβll play a key role in building the marketing engine from the ground up - including analytics setup, media mix design, funnel optimization, and testing frameworks.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition (agency or product side) within iGaming, gambling, or esports/gaming industries.
- Previous experience in performance marketing within the CS2 Skin Gambling domain is a must.
- Familiarity with the core performance marketing ecosystem, including PPC advertising, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, SEM, and native advertising, as key channels for traffic acquisition and optimization.
- Experience managing multiple channels and building full-funnel lead generation systems.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume ad spend with measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools and tracking platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, etc.).
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer acquisition strategies.
- Strong creative sense - ability to brief, test, and scale ad creatives that convert.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to attract new users.
- Understanding of compliance and responsible gambling marketing guidelines.
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for collaboration in a remote/global team setting. Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a big plus.
- Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a full range of performance marketing channels, including Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and native advertising, to drive scalable and measurable growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, programmatic networks, and affiliate platforms for maximum conversion and cost efficiency.
- Manage user acquisition and retention funnels for both B2C verticals: skin gambling and online casino.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives tailored for each channel.

- Maintain detailed reporting on performance KPIs, user LTV, CAC, retention, and other growth metrics.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return and scalability.

What is your Day to Day Mission
- Take full ownership of projects across the companyβs UAV product portfolio, ensuring their timely and complete execution β from planning to delivery.
- Proactively drive project progress by asking the right questions, identifying blockers, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Break down projects into clearly structured tasks and sub-tasks in Jira, with precise deadlines and responsible parties.
- Monitor execution status across cross-functional teams (engineering, testing, production, product, service) and escalate issues where needed.
- Coordinate multiple streams of work, including both strategic initiatives and small-scale operational tasks β with equal attention and care.
- Ensure all contributors (internal and external) understand deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines, charts, and reporting dashboards.
- Act as the central point of communication for all project-related matters β aligning product, engineering, and field units.
Build and sustain effective collaboration with technical leads, system architects, and external partners, including military and governmental stakeholders.
What you bring to the team
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Coordinator in a high-tech engineering environment (preferably UAV, aerospace, robotics, or defense).
- Practical experience working in accordance with leading Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), etc.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand system-level dependencies and critical paths.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach β you take initiative, resolve ambiguity, and act before being asked.
- Sharp focus on deadlines and ownership β you define them, track them, and hold teams accountable.
- Proven experience managing both large and small-scale projects β with attention to detail on every level.
- Expertise in Jira (epics, tasks, subtasks, linking, status flows) and experience structuring complex project boards.
- Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams as well.

What is your Day to Day Mission
