    Key Responsibilities:

    • Report directly to the Engineering Manager.
    • Ensure effective delivery of the mobile engineering squad’s roadmap, tracking progress against business and technical objectives.
    • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and Principal Engineers to plan and prioritize the team roadmap in alignment with business needs.
    • Support the professional growth and development of team members through mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback.
    • Partner with engineering leadership to maintain an environment that enables engineers to perform at their best and produce high-quality, maintainable software.
    • Participate in and support the recruitment of talented mobile engineers as the team expands.

    Essential Skills and Experience:
