Чим потрібно займатися:

• Оптимізація і автоматизація бізнес процесів Компанії пов’язаних з фінансами та banking, а саме:
• Аналіз і формалізація бізнес-вимог Замовника;
• Постановка технічних завдань на розробку ПЗ;
• Взаємодія з командами розробки на етапах реалізації та тестування;
• Впровадження / передача в експлуатацію нових програмних і технологічних рішень;
• Написання інструкцій для користувачів і їх навчання;
• Участь у внутрішніх і зовнішніх інтеграційних проектах;
• Супровід і підтримка впроваджених змін.

Що для цього потрібно:

• Досвід впровадження або експлуатації на рівні просунутого користувача систем класу ERP;
• Знання на рівні експерта функціональності базових конфігурацій 1С УТП / УПП / ERP;
• Володіння методиками моделювання бізнес-процесів ARIS / IDEF0 / BPMN / UML;
• Досвід оформлення регламентної документації та документування проектних робіт;
• Знання технологій і досвід проектів інтеграції інформаційних систем
• Високий рівень рівень використання MS Office;

Мета посади: розвиток Data Governance ініціатив у Банку, підтримка Каталогу даних, співпраця з користувачами даних
 

Основні обов’язки:

• Забезпечення розвитку Каталогу Даних (Data Catalog), включаючи автоматизацію процесів та налаштування ефективної взаємодії між його компонентами
• Побудова та візуалізація Data Lineage для опису походження й трансформації даних на всьому їхньому шляху від систем-джерел до кінцевих споживачів
• Стандартизація бізнес-термінології через створення, уніфікацію та ведення єдиного глосарія банківських термінів
• Проведення досліджень даних у системах Банку, що включає пошук, класифікацію та маркування персональних даних (PII)
• Управління процесами в частині розробки методологій управління даними та їхнього подальшого впровадження в загальну екосистему Банку
• Постійна взаємодія з бізнесом задля виявлення «болей» та потреб підрозділів Банку під час їхньої щоденної роботи з даними

Основні вимоги:

• Вища освіта (технічна або фінансово-економічна)
• Досвід роботи 3+років на позиції бізнес-аналітика, системного аналітика або в напрямі Data Governance 
• Досвід роботи в банківській сфері 1+рік (кандидатів із досвідом виключно в службах підтримки не розглядаємо)
• Впевнене володіння SQL, що включає вміння будувати складні аналітичні запити з використанням віконних функцій, а також читати й аналізувати вже існуючі складні вибірки та трансформації даних

As a System/Business Analyst on the Fintech Core project, you will define technical architecture, system specifications, and integration designs for a white-label modular fintech platform that enables rapid creation of digital banking and payment products.
 

The platform provides a complete technology stack including general ledger, middleware, mobile/web applications, and extensive third-party integrations for KYC, payments, card issuance, and compliance. The Business Analyst would be a bridge between our clients and the delivery team — turning business goals into clear, testable requirements that engineering can build with confidence, removing ambiguity before development starts, and protecting product quality.

Previous Experience

• Keep a shared understanding with the client — make sure they always know what we are building this sprint and why, and summarize workshop and discovery outputs within 1 working day;
• Together with the PM, maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog with enough refined work for at least 2 sprints ahead;
• Analyze scope changes (impact on time, cost, quality, and dependencies) before they are accepted, and surface risks and unknowns early — not at the deadline;
• Lead or co-lead discovery for new initiatives (new modules, new functionality, modernization) so the team knows what to build, what to skip, and what success looks like;
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation in the knowledge center as the single source of truth;

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst who lives at the intersection of technology, data, and product development. This person will be the bridge across engineering, product, operations, and clients—translating business needs into technical requirements, building internal tools, and leveraging AI to work smarter and faster.

You'll be hands-on with Python, deeply engaged with AI tools daily, building analyses and automations, and working directly with engineers to ship features for a complex trading platform.
