Requirements

• Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager or Partnership Manager
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level (mandatory) — all partner communication is conducted in English
• Experience in U.S. lead generation industries such as Home Improvement, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Cash Home Buyers, or similar verticals
• Experience working with Ping/Post, Direct Post, lead distribution, or affiliate partnership models
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

   What You’ll Be Doing (Senior Affiliate Manager)

● Sourcing and onboarding large affiliates and media buying teams.
● Managing and scaling relationships with key partners.
● Negotiating commercial terms and closing profitable deals.
● Driving performance against FTD and deposit KPIs.
● Analyzing market trends, competitors, and new traffic opportunities.
