    Position Summary:

    The Affiliate Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our affiliate marketing program by building, nurturing, and optimizing relationships with our affiliate partners.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring collaborations support and enhance our company objectives.
    • Design and execute innovative strategies to enhance the performance of our affiliate program, focusing on key areas such as acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize campaign outcomes.
    • Identify, acquire, and onboard new high-potential affiliates that align with our brand values and effectively reach our target audience.
    • Lead negotiations with affiliate partners to secure favorable terms, ensuring all agreements are beneficial and aligned with company policies.
    • Ensure all affiliate activities and communications strictly adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the gambling industry.
    • Deep understanding of the online gambling landscape, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliate partners.
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
