Junior Affiliate Manager Offline

DAO.AD is an innovative company in digital advertising, offering services for purchasing and monetizing traffic through various advertising formats. We provide advertisers and web administrators with prominent and high-conversion advertising formats, including push notifications, teasers, popunders, and in-page push.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an Account Manager for Webmaster to join our dedicated team. 

Level: Junior.

Type: Full-time | Remote.
Duration: Long-term.

English Level: Intermediate.

Tasks to be performed:

• Search for and onboard webmasters.
• Retain and scale connected webmasters.
• Communicate with partners at all stages of cooperation.
• Work with affiliate networks and webmasters.
• Help with technical issues if they arise.
• Monitor the general condition of the system.

What’s important for us:

• Understanding of affiliate marketing specifics.
• Ability to negotiate and good written communication in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
• Understanding of CPC / CPM / CPA / RevShare models and advertising metrics.
• Attentiveness, desire to grow and learn.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital agencies, or large online platforms (would be a plus).
