    Company Overview

We are partnering with an innovative, early-stage US-based startup that is revolutionizing the shipping industry. Their platform empowers shippers to dynamically manage freight spend through advanced workflows, insightful analytics, and root cause analysis — enabling faster and more informed decision-making.

    Position: Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js) — Full-Stack a Plus

    Location: Remote

    Engagement: Part-Time to Full-Time

    About the Role
We are looking for a strong frontend engineer with deep Vue.js experience who genuinely understands the frontend build process — not just writing components, but the tooling underneath them. You will own meaningful frontend work including migrating legacy webpack/bundler configurations to Vite, building out a widget system, resolving Storybook dependency issues in Docker, and cleaning up package management (the project currently uses yarn and may not need to).
This is a startup environment, so we value engineers who are curious, proactive, and have a high ownership mentality. You should be comfortable discussing technical decisions, not just implementing them. If you also have backend experience with Python and Django, that's a strong bonus — there are straightforward backend tasks you can flex into (or learn on the job).
    What you will do

    • Build and maintain frontend features using Vue.js
    • Migrate existing webpack/bundler configurations to Vite across the application
    • Build out a widget system and resolve Storybook dependency issues within Docker
    • Evaluate and clean up package management tooling
    • Integrate with Django-based backend APIs
    • Work closely with product and design to translate requirements into high-quality, performant code
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the frontend — and the backend when needed

    What we are looking for

    • Strong frontend engineer with proven Vue.js experience
    • Solid understanding of frontend build tooling — Vite, webpack, Docker, and how it all fits together
    • Thoughtful about developer experience, dependency management, and build pipelines
    • Comfortable working independently and making technical recommendations
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills — you can articulate tradeoffs and propose solutions, not just execute tickets
    • Available to start part-time with the potential to transition to full-time as the company grows

    Nice to have

    • Backend experience with Python and Django
    • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Google Cloud
    • Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight management
    • Knowledge of dynamic freight management, root cause analysis, or workflow enablement tools

    What we offer

    • Opportunity to join an early-stage startup solving real problems in a massive industry
    • Flexible working hours and fully remote
    • Collaborative, supportive team that values ownership and initiative

If you are a frontend engineer who cares about build quality as much as UI quality and wants real ownership at an early-stage company, we would love to hear from you.

Insula Labs is an international IT company that helps product and technology businesses scale engineering teams and launch service solutions (outstaff & outsource).

We are currently transitioning from classic staff augmentation to a more mature solution / delivery model, which is why we are strengthening the company’s technical core.

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead — a hands-on technical leader who will take ownership of technical expertise, validation, presales, and delivery quality.

This is not a theoretical role, and not pure management.
It is a role for an expert, validator, and results-driven leader.

    Responsibilities

    Technical Validation

    • Validate candidates and specialists
    • Conduct and oversee technical interviews
    • Design and maintain up-to-date technical tests
    • Build skill matrices and grading frameworks

    Performance & Growth

    • Technical Delivery
    • Lead technical project kickoffs after sales
    • Insure delivery aligns with agreed commitments
    • Identify risks early
    • Control quality of work delivered by teams and partners

      Requirements
    • Experience
    • 8+ years in IT
    • Background as Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / Technical Delivery Lead
    • Broad technical exposure (FE / BE / QA / DevOps)
    • Experience in presales and estimation

    • Skills
    • Strong systems thinking
    • Ability to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders
    • Ownership and results-oriented mindset
    • English level: B1–C1
    • We Offer
    • Fully remote work format
    • Direct collaboration with Executives and key clients
    • Real influence on company strategy and growth in 2026
    • Competitive compensation (discussed individually)
    • Opportunity to evolve into Head of Technical Delivery / CTO

      Why This Role Matters
    • You will be building the technical foundation of Insula Labs, not servicing processes.
This role has real impact on the business, delivery quality, company reputation, and long-term growth.
