What you’ll do

• Take ownership of product quality and actively drive improvements

The Data Specialist will play a critical role in managing and improving the accuracy of our lead data. This position involves working closely with company leads data, investigating and verifying information about leads and suppliers, and maintaining our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools, and be meticulous with data management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Data Management:

• Research and verify information about leads and companies using various tools and online resources.
• Accurately record and update prospect information and qualification details in the CRM system.
• Identify and correct errors in contacts’ information within the CRM.

Data Entry and Maintenance:

• Manage and update dashboards with relevant company and contact information.
• Ensure all data entered in CRM is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Handle large datasets and perform data cleansing as necessary
• Adding leads from spreadsheets and chats into CRM

Lead Qualification:

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their suitability for further engagement by the sales team.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve lead management processes.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Previous experience in data management, lead management, or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet software.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Data Engineer who will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, build our DWH, integrate with external APIs, and support the data needs of our product, affiliate, and analytics teams.

You will join a dynamic environment where datasets refresh hourly or daily, and data accuracy directly influences business results.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain our internal DWH based on PostgreSQL.
• Work with medium and large datasets that require hourly/daily updates.
• Work with DWH components: AWS (S3, Athena), PostgreSQL, BigQuery.
• Collect data from Kafka, Google Analytics, partner APIs, and third-party systems.
• Implement data quality and integrity automation, ensuring stable pipelines.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
• Support saving and productionizing ML models developed by other teams.

• Create and support technical documentation for data workflows and integrations.

   

What We Expect From You

Professional Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong Python development skills (clean, maintainable, high-performance code).
• Advanced SQL expertise and deep understanding of PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Hands-on experience designing & implementing RESTful APIs (Aiohttp, Flask, FastAPI).
• Practical work with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL.

This is a key role with strong ownership: from building CRM processes from scratch to scaling retention mechanics and managing a growing CRM team as the brand matures.

• Build and launch the CRM & retention strategy for a new casino brand
• Increase player lifetime value (LTV), retention rate, and repeat deposits
• Set up scalable CRM processes, automation, and analytics

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Retention

• Develop and implement CRM & retention strategy across the full player lifecycle
• Design bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, VIP journeys, and reactivation flows
• Own CRM KPIs: retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, conversion to repeat deposits

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns:

Segmentation & Analytics

✅Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention in iGaming (casino is mandatory)
• Proven experience launching or scaling CRM for a new or fast-growing brand
• Strong understanding of player behavior, bonuses, and gamification mechanics
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.)
• Confident working with segmentation, funnels, and CRM analytics
• Experience owning KPIs and driving measurable business results
