Petcube is on a mission to connect pets to the internet and give them a voice. Since 2012, we’ve been building pet tech for the 21st century — starting with smart cameras that keep pet parents connected to their pets anytime, and growing into an ecosystem of devices, data-driven insights, and services personalized for every pet.

Right now, our main focus is a new subscription product that helps pet parents care for their pets day to day. It’s live, and it sits on the main screen of our app.
 

The role

Own paid acquisition for our subscription product, with Meta as the main channel. Your goal is to drive campaign results in subscriptions and make sure they pay back, and to help us grow Google Ads as the next channel.

You’ll work with the product team, an analyst, a creative strategist, and designers, so you’ll have both data and creative resources behind you.
 

What you’ll do

• Campaigns: Launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns optimized for Purchase / subscription events.
• Metrics: Own the channel’s key metrics: CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Testing: Systematically test hypotheses across audiences, optimization events, campaign structure, creatives, offers (intro offer, trial periods, pricing), and onboarding flows.
• Creatives: Write data-driven creative briefs, analyze performance, rotate on time, and scale the winners.
• Tracking: Work with the analyst and product to monitor tracking and attribution, and to understand discrepancies between Ads Manager and analytics.
• Partners: Stay in touch with Meta (and Google) representatives to get access to betas, insights, and best practices.

• Reporting: Report on the channel regularly and explain the dynamics to the team in plain language.

   

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition, with a main focus on Meta Ads
• Experience with subscription products: trial, intro offer, in-app purchases
• Proven experience scaling campaigns while maintaining healthy CPA / ROAS
• Understanding of mobile attribution: MMP (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Singular), SKAdNetwork, AEM
• Confident work with data: Google Sheets, dashboards, cohorts, and basic statistics for evaluating tests

• Google Ads for apps (tCPA / tROAS)
• TikTok Ads
• Experience with Looker / Mixpanel
• Experience in pet-tech or consumer subscriptions
