We’re looking for an Automated Lead Generation Specialist to build a predictable, high-quality top-of-funnel. You’ll own ICP research, prospect list creation, enrichment, and multi-channel sequencing—turning cold data into qualified conversations for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
Define and refine ICPs and target account lists for new markets/segments.
Build, clean, and enrich prospect lists (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Clearbit/Clay).
Configure and iterate email + LinkedIn sequences; test subject lines, openers, and CTAs.
Monitor deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), validate emails, and keep bounce/opt-out rates low.
Automate workflows with Zapier/Make; ensure clean hand-off into CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Run weekly A/B tests; report insights and scale winning plays.
Maintain data hygiene: dedupe, standardize fields, track UTMs, and document SOPs.
Collaborate with SDRs/AEs on qualification criteria and meeting quality.
What You’ll Bring
1+ years in B2B outbound lead gen, growth ops, or SDR with heavy automation.
Hands-on with at least three of: HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo/Snov.io, Lemlist/Reply.io, Clay/Clearbit, Zapier/Make, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Proven cold-outreach copywriting (share examples and reply/meeting rates).
Solid grasp of email deliverability and inbox placement.
Working knowledge of GDPR/consent best practices for EU outreach.
How We’ll Measure Success
More

Senior AI Engineer
Full Remote · Worldwide · Product · 4 years of experience · B2 - Upper IntermediateWe need an AI Engineer who can work autonomously on complex agentic AI systems while contributing to our growing AI practice. You’ll work directly on client projects involving LLM agents, RAG systems, and AI model integration - not just building prototypes, but production systems that scale.
This isn’t a research role. This is hands-on engineering: building, deploying, iterating, and supporting AI applications that solve real business problems.
What You’ll Actually Do
Core Responsibilities (70% of time)
- Build agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Implement and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases (PGVector, Pinecone, etc.)
- Integrate multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude)
- Fine-tune models when off-the-shelf solutions don’t meet requirements
- Develop Python backends (FastAPI/Flask) that power AI applications
- Write production-quality code with tests, documentation, and proper error handling
Technical Ownership (20% of time)
- Design AI system architectures for new client projects
- Make build/buy decisions on AI tooling and infrastructure
- Conduct technical discovery with clients to understand requirements
- Estimate project complexity and technical feasibility
Team Collaboration (10% of time)
- Code reviews for junior AI engineers
- Knowledge sharing on AI patterns and best practices
- Client communication on technical approaches and trade-offs
Our Current Tech Stack
AI/ML:
- LangChain, LangGraph for agentic systems
- OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude
- PGVector for embeddings and retrieval
- Fine-tuning pipelines (OpenAI, Gemini)
Backend:
- Python 3.11+ (FastAPI primary, Flask acceptable)
- PostgreSQL with PGVector extension
- Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions
Infrastructure:
- Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Run, Vertex AI)
- Firebase/Supabase for user management
- Docker for containerization
Frontend Integration:
- REST APIs consumed by React/TypeScript frontends
- Real-time capabilities (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
Development:
- Git/GitHub for version control
- Linear for project management
- Bolt.new for rapid prototyping (you won’t use this much)
Must-Have Skills
Technical Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Python development - You’ve built production systems, not just scripts. You understand design patterns, testing strategies, and code that scales.
- 2+ years building production AI/LLM applications - Real systems serving real users, not just experiments or prototypes. You’ve handled model deployment, monitoring, and iteration based on production feedback.
- Expert-level Python engineering - You write clean, maintainable, testable code. You can explain the difference between "staticmethod" and "classmethod" and actually care about it. You’ve debugged memory leaks, optimized performance bottlenecks, and know when to use async/await.
- Deep LangChain/LangGraph experience - You’ve built multi-agent systems with complex orchestration. You understand the framework’s internals well enough to work around its limitations. You’ve debugged agent loops, optimized token usage, and handled error states gracefully.
- RAG implementation expertise - You’ve built RAG systems that actually work in production. You understand chunking strategies, embedding models, hybrid search, re-ranking, and when RAG isn’t the right solution. You’ve tuned retrieval quality beyond the tutorial examples.
- Vector database expertise - PGVector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or equivalent. You’ve designed schemas, optimized queries, and handled millions of embeddings. You understand the trade-offs between different distance metrics.
- Production LLM integration - OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini in real applications. You’ve handled rate limiting, cost optimization, prompt engineering, context management, and fallback strategies. You know how to debug hallucinations and improve consistency.
- Backend API development - FastAPI or Flask in production. You’ve designed RESTful APIs, handled authentication, managed database connections, implemented error handling, and written API documentation. You understand HTTP status codes and when to use which one.
- SQL and database design - PostgreSQL specifically. You write efficient queries, design normalized schemas, use indexes appropriately, and understand when to denormalize. You’ve debugged slow queries and optimized database performance.
Working Style Requirements
- Self-managed QA mindset - You write unit tests, integration tests, and think about edge cases before they become production bugs. You don’t need a QA engineer to tell you something doesn’t work.
- Pragmatic problem-solver - You prefer “simplest thing that works” over perfect solutions. You know when to refactor and when to ship. You understand technical debt is a tool, not a failure.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - Client requirements evolve mid-project. You adapt architecture without rebuilding from scratch. You ask clarifying questions but don’t wait for perfect specifications before starting.
- Strong technical communicator - You explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. You write clear documentation. You give useful code review feedback. You can justify your architectural decisions.
- European timezone - Core hours overlap with UK (GMT/BST). You’re available for morning standups and client calls during UK business hours.

KMA products are global leaders in the utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches — including AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These are top-ranking apps in the App Store, serving the needs of hundreds of millions of users around the world.
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year over year — and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us scale even faster.
About the Role:
You’ll be working with Chillio, a wellbeing app that helps users build healthy habits, take better care of themselves, understand their emotions, stay focused, and achieve their goals.
Chillio has already achieved positive unit economics and continues to scale rapidly. Your main area of responsibility will be web funnels — building, optimizing, and adapting them for different user segments. This is an opportunity to propose ideas, test hypotheses, influence key metrics, and grow alongside a strong product team.
Your responsibilities:
- Generate hypotheses to improve the product experience and validate them through A/B tests and analytics.
- Closely collaborate with the product designer, developers, and marketing team during weekly sprints.
- Work with product metrics, unit economics, conversions, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior, identify new segments, and adapt user flows accordingly.
- Participate in quarterly product planning and help shape the web direction roadmap.
- Maintain documentation of hypotheses, decisions, research, and results.

- Solid understanding of product analytics fundamentals: working with metrics, unit economics, hypothesis generation, and testing.
- Growth mindset — curiosity about user behavior and a constant search for new growth opportunities.
- English level B2+ — ability to understand professional terminology and work with English-language content.
- Initiative, openness to feedback, and fast learning ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the product direction.
You’ll fit in if you’re looking for:
- A real impact on the product and the ability to see quick results from your work.
- A chance to join a fast-growing app with +50% QoQ growth.
- The opportunity to learn from a strong team and receive mentorship.
- A high level of trust, freedom for initiative, and a clear path to grow into a team lead role.
We offer:
- Work format of your choice: fully remote from anywhere in the free world, as well as access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
- Conditions that help you focus on performance: fair compensation that matches your skills and experience. We also provide equipment regardless of work format and location.
- Career growth through action: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers just 2–3 years ago. Your impact here isn’t defined by years on your resume — it’s defined by how quickly you learn, take responsibility, and own your career.
- Well-being program: we care about the mental health of our team and provide access to individual or group therapy sessions with a corporate psychologist, as well as online yoga classes twice a week.
- Development and professional fulfillment: we host internal English speaking clubs with a native speaker, and offer opportunities to speak at internal and external events by Kiss My Apps. In addition, you’ll have an annual budget to cover up to 50% of the cost of professional conferences, educational events, and training.

(fluent Ukrainian and English) Product Manager

Do you have a strong experience in product management or product ownership roles? If so, this opportunity is for you.
We’re looking for a strong Product Manager to take the lead on one of our projects. You’ll own the product direction — balancing customer needs, internal team capacity, and business goals.
This isn’t just a roadmap or task management role. It’s about leading collaboration across product, design, engineering, marketing, and sales to build something people want — and use.
Excited? Let’s see what it takes 💛
As a Product Manager, you will own:
- Product backlog and roadmap delivery.
- Customer insights and market research to guide priorities.
- User experience and performance tracking.
- Acting as the main bridge between product, design, engineering, marketing & sales teams.
We’re not just looking for a product thinker — we need a calm, clear, collaborative operator.
- You take ownership. You don’t deflect responsibility — you fix things.
- You give honest, respectful feedback — and you welcome it too.
- You don’t wait to be asked — you keep people in the loop before they need to ask.
- You don’t avoid hard conversations — you handle them directly but kindly.
- You write things down — because memory is fragile, and the team moves fast.
- You treat internal teams like marketing, sales, and HR as partners — not as distractions.
