    Important: this role has uncapped commission plus a performance-based base retainer (commission only till you get the first deal, then %+fix).

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the outbound funnel: scrape, sequence, and social‑sell to crypto founders, treasuries, and fund managers on LinkedIn, X, Telegram, and targeted email lists.
    • Run discovery to signature: map pain points,  co‑design liquidity KPIs, and negotiate MSAs.
    • Activate referral loops: secure partnerships with launchpads, market makers, liquidity desks, and accelerator programs; track and optimise revenue‑share deals.
    • Hit and surpass quarterly targets: book qualified meetings, pipeline value, and closed‑won ARR.
    • Report with precision: maintain spotless CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and relay market feedback to product.

       

    Who You Are

    • 1β€―+β€―year selling crypto solutions, crypto-related products, market‑making, trading, or execution‑trading SaaSs (best match) to crypto projects or exchanges - and you can prove it with numbers.
    • Understanding of crypto trading, basic clue on what market making is and how centralised & decentralised crypto exchanges operate.
    • Track record in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo/HubSpot sequences, cold video/email).
    • Fluent in multithreaded stakeholder mapping, tailored value propositions, and objection‑handling in a volatile market.
    • Skilled at partner cultivation: crafting win‑win referral agreements and nurturing them to incremental upsells.
    • Great in written English (lack of spoken is not critical)

    Your Mission

    Build, sign, and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem that consistently hands over well-qualified demand for our market making solution - then enable those partners to turn referrals into revenue.

    What You’ll Do

    • Source & evaluate partners: Identify, prioritise, and outreach to firms that work directly with token teams and exchanges; own the pipeline from targeting β†’ first call β†’ signed agreement.
    • Negotiate & sign referrals: Draft clear rev-share terms, lead-routing rules, data capture, and lightweight co-marketing obligations; close agreements fast.
    • Enable & activate: Deliver a crisp partner kit (one-pager, case clips, ROI talking points) and stand up frictionless lead hand-off into HubSpot/PRM.
    • Drive partner activity: Orchestrate β€œrounding” β€” regular partner check-ins, enablement sessions, and joint campaigns (webinars, AMAs, founder intros) to keep referrals flowing.
    • Report & improve: Maintain spotless PRM/CRM hygiene, forecast partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and loop market feedback to product & marketing.

    Who You Are

    • 1-3+ years in partnership development/channel sales for crypto infrastructure, FinTech, or B2B SaaS, with proof of partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
    • Skilled at finding, signing, and growing referral partners; you know how to motivate agencies/consultancies to hand over clients and keep doing it.
    • Fluent in structuring rev-share deals, playbooks, and enablement that make partners look good to their clients.
    • Comfortable co-selling with simple, technical value props (CEX/DEX basics, spreads/depth, and why β€œyour funds, our service” matters).

    You will manage the full email lifecycle: from campaign ideation and copywriting to automation, testing, and performance optimization.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Create and launch email campaigns from scratch β€” idea, copy, content selection, setup, and final send
    • Build and optimize complex automation flows (Welcome, Warm-up, Abandoned Cart, Re-engagement, etc.)

    You’ll join a cross-functional Product Marketing team at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, focused on sustainable growth through a structured A/B testing approach.     As part of a tight creative trio β€” User Acquisition, Creative Marketing, and Product Marketing β€” your challenge is to unlock and scale a thematic direction end to end.     • Work with key metrics: CR across all funnel steps, ARPU, LTV/CAC, as well as overall marketing spend and new revenue volume.

       

    What do you need to join us:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, User Acquisition, or Creative Marketing β€” with hands-on experience working with web.
    • Confidence in execution under uncertainty: no fear of acting without full clarity, combined with the ability to build confidence through data, prioritization, and hypothesis validation.
    • Experience in day-to-day collaboration within a β€œcreative trio” (Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Creative Marketing) is a strong plus.
    • Hands-on experience working closely with UX specialists, analysts, and engineers on a daily basis.
    • Strong understanding of how analytics, marketing, and product come together to drive growth and business results.
