Weβre looking for a Creative Strategist who can research real customers, find strong angles, write hooks and scripts, brief editors, and turn performance data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a role for someone who loves paid social creative, understands direct response, and wants to see their ideas tested quickly with real spend, real data, and real business impact.

We build, scale, and operate high-growth DTC subscription brands in health & wellness.
Since 2019, weβve followed a simple playbook: identify strong DTC categories, build fast, test aggressively, and scale what works. Our flagship skincare brand launched in late 2024 and has grown rapidly, now driving $120M+ in annual revenue across the US, Spanish, and DACH markets through Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and AppLovin.
Weβre a fully remote team working across creative, media buying, CRO, product, and operations. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the feedback loop is immediate β especially on the creative side.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a βmake content and hope it worksβ role.
Youβll be part of the creative engine behind our growth. Youβll research customer language, study winning ads, develop new concepts, write hooks and scripts, brief editors, and analyze performance data to understand what worked, what didnβt, and what to test next.
Your ideas wonβt sit in a backlog for months. Strong concepts can be briefed, produced, launched, and tested within days β with performance data flowing back every week.
Youβll work closely with editors, media buyers, the Creative Director, and the CMO in weekly creative sprints. The goal is simple: create ads that unlock new scale.
WHAT YOUβLL OWN
Research & Ideation
- Research customer reviews, surveys, comments, Reddit threads, competitor ads, and social conversations to find real customer language, pain points, objections, and desires.
- Study winning brands and ads daily to understand what formats, hooks, angles, and emotional triggers are working right now.
- Build and maintain a strong swipe file of ads, hooks, scripts, formats, and creative references.
- Develop creative concepts across different audience segments, markets, and stages of awareness.
- Look for new angles, new audiences, and new ways to position the product.
- Bring frequent ideas to the team β from small iterations to bigger creative bets.
Hooks, Scripts & Briefs
- Write hooks, scripts, ad copy, and concept breakdowns for paid social ads.
- Turn research insights into clear creative directions that editors and creators can execute.
- Create structured, editor-ready briefs with the angle, hook, visual direction, script, references, and key message.
- Adapt concepts across formats such as UGC, founder-style ads, testimonials, problem-solution ads, advertorial-style creatives, statics, and short-form video.
- Keep a high weekly output while maintaining quality and clarity.
- Make sure every brief is specific enough to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
Performance Analysis & Iteration
- Review creative performance data weekly to understand why certain ads win and others fail.
- Identify patterns across hooks, formats, messaging, audiences, and markets.
- Iterate on winning concepts with new hooks, new openers, new formats, and new audience angles.
- Turn learnings from performance data into clear next steps for future creative tests.
- Work with media buyers to understand how creative is performing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, and other paid channels.
AI, Process & Collaboration
- Use AI tools like Claude or similar tools to speed up research, ideation, scripting, and organization β without relying on generic or low-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with editors, media buyers, the Creative Director, and the CMO during weekly creative sprints.
- Keep creative documentation, briefs, references, and learnings organized.
- Help improve creative systems, workflows, and testing processes as the team scales.
- Make sure your concepts are delivered on time and ready for production.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 1β3+ years of experience in creative strategy, direct response copywriting, paid social creative, performance marketing, or e-commerce creative.
- Or you may be earlier in your career, but you have strong raw talent, fast learning ability, and a clear interest in performance creative.
- You understand direct response fundamentals: hooks, pain points, objections, proof, urgency, social proof, offers, and conversion-focused messaging.
- You know what a strong Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ad looks like and can explain why it works.
- Youβre comfortable writing in English and can communicate clearly in both written and spoken formats.
- You enjoy studying ads, customer psychology, consumer behavior, and creative trends.
- You can move quickly without waiting to be chased.
- You take ownership of your work and care about the quality of what you ship.
- Youβre comfortable receiving direct feedback and using it to improve your next version.
- You know how to use AI tools thoughtfully to create leverage, not generic output.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with DTC, health & wellness, beauty, supplements, skincare, fitness, or subscription brands.
- Experience writing UGC scripts, paid social scripts, advertorial angles, quiz funnel angles, or landing page concepts.
- Experience working with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, or other paid acquisition channels.
- Understanding of creative testing, creative analytics, thumb-stop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
- Familiarity with tools like Foreplay, Motion, CapCut, Claude, ChatGPT, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
- Interest in classic direct response copywriting and consumer psychology.
