    About the project: You’ll be working on a young, but actively developing cryptocurrency project. It’s a young global product built on a microservices architecture with a constantly expanding number of smart contracts. 

    The tech stack: Node.js, TS, Nest.js, BTC, ETH, and SOL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes. The product follows Domain-Driven Design (DDD), PCI DSS standards, and uses Feature Branch Flow.


    Responsibilities:
    Backend Development: Develop a new backend for an existing project.
    Full Development Cycle: Take ownership of the entire development process.
    Requirements & Architecture: Define technical requirements and system architecture.
    Product Release: Ensure successful product release and ongoing maintenance.
    Product Logic: Develop and maintain business logic features.
    Infrastructure: Handle infrastructure-related tasks such as deployment, scaling, and performance optimization

    Must Have:

    Overview

    The Analytics Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing digital analytics solutions for their AI-based Decision Engine using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data layer frameworks. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate event tracking, scalable tagging infrastructure, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Google Analytics 4 & BigQuery. 
      • Design and implement custom event tracking to capture key user interactions using GA4’s event-based model.
      • Configure GA4 properties for event collection and integrate with Google BigQuery.
      • Analyze GTM-collected data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve GA4 tracking issues, collaborating with development and product teams.
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Data Layer
      • Architect and maintain robust data layers for reliable, scalable tracking.
      • Deploy and manage tracking tags (GA4, marketing pixels, etc.).

    • Technical Implementation & Version Control
      • Use GitHub for version control following branching and deployment best practices.
      • Implement and manage tracking code in various frameworks (Laravel, WordPress, React, etc.).
      • Debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tracking-related changes.
    • Documentation & Best Practices
      • Maintain clear documentation for GTM/GA4 setups, data layers, and workflows. 

     

    Requirements

    • Google Analytics 4 certification with 1+ years managing end-to-end GA4 projects.
    • 1–2 years GTM experience, including architecting tagging strategies and delivering measurable results.
    • GitHub experience with strong version control and deployment skills.
    • Experience with Google BigQuery and GA4 data schema.
    • SQL experience; BigQuery optimization a plus.
    • JavaScript experience, especially with dataLayer and OOP principles.
    • Good Verbal English is crucial.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Conversion Engineer (“Funnel Optimizer”) to redesign and optimize conversion funnels across our platforms. Your primary mission will be to re-wire the visitor path created by new Reels. Additionally, you may also support our newly launched conversational AI platform by designing and executing growth loops and CRO strategies.

    This role requires a mix of technical expertise, growth mindset, and ruthless CRO discipline. If you have the bandwidth and skills to cover both products, you’ll play a central role in shaping our user experience and conversion success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conversion Optimization: Launch, track, and evaluate multiple A/B test variants for Free-to-Paid and Paid-to-Gold flows to increase mobile CVR with statistically valid results.
    • Email Campaigns: Capture and leverage emails from lead generation and collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns.
    • UI/UX & Funnel Design: Create and refine engaging user journeys across membership funnels.
    • Growth Hacking : Work with the product team to design and execute CRO experiments and growth loops for conversational AI fan-fiction experiences.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO on analytics tagging and deployment, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
    • Performance Engineering: Ensure scalability, high performance, and optimization across applications and infrastructure.

    Core Skills & Technologies:

    • CRO & Analytics: Figma, GA4, Looker, A/B testing, user journey optimization.
