SMM Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SMM Manager to join our international iGaming project focused on Casino & Sportsbook.

We need someone who goes beyond content creation and social media management. Our ideal candidate understands how to turn social media into an effective player acquisition channel, develop GEO-specific strategies, drive registrations and First-Time Deposits (FTDs), and continuously test new growth opportunities.

Previous experience in iGaming (Casino and/or Sportsbook) is mandatory.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SMM strategies tailored to specific GEOs, target audiences, and local market trends.
• Manage and grow Telegram channels and other relevant social media platforms, focusing on audience engagement, traffic, registrations, and depositing players.
• Independently research, evaluate, and select Telegram channels for paid advertising placements.
• Negotiate advertising rates, optimize placement costs, and manage Telegram advertising budgets efficiently.
• Analyze Telegram channel performance, verify audience quality and reach, identify fake engagement, and assess advertising effectiveness.
• Develop and test player acquisition and engagement mechanics, including promotions, giveaways, interactive campaigns, and event-driven content.
• Create content strategies based on major sporting events, casino trends, local interests, and relevant industry news.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, registrations, FTDs, deposits, engagement, and acquisition costs.
• Identify reasons for declining registrations or deposits and proactively develop, test, and implement improvement strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis, identify new growth opportunities, and continuously optimize SMM performance.
• Collaborate with Design, CRM, Affiliate, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming (Casino and/or Sportsbook) — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience independently developing and implementing SMM strategies for specific GEOs.
• Strong practical experience with Telegram advertising: channel research, media buying, audience analysis, fraud detection, rate negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to drive not only followers and engagement but also traffic, registrations, FTDs, and deposits through social media.
• Successful cases of player acquisition and conversion growth through SMM activities.
• Experience developing, testing, and optimizing acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets.
• Good understanding of sports, casino products, major sporting events, and iGaming audience behavior.
• Ability to independently identify growth opportunities, generate hypotheses, and implement solutions.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing Telegram channels for iGaming Affiliate Programs.
• Experience working with African, MENA, CIS, or Asian markets.
• Experience with the 1xBet / BetB2B platform.
• Experience launching and scaling social media channels in new GEOs.
• Experience collaborating with influencers, Telegram communities, and local content creators.
