Responsibilities:     

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale AI-driven software solutions using Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit and Azure technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective AI and automation solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy product features, ensuring they align with client needs and quality standards.
• Support agile product delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams and adopting Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Utilize Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Graph connectors, API plugins, and Azure AI Search to deliver robust solutions.
• Guide integration of APIs and microservices architectures for scalable and secure applications.
• Implement best practices in source code management, CI/CD, and DevOps using tools like GitHub and Azure DevOps. 
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide support throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirement experiences and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Hands-on experience in agile teams delivering software solutions at scale.
• Proficiency in service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures.
• Expertise in Azure AI tools including OpenAI, Foundry, Functions, Logic Apps, and Teams Toolkit.
• Microsoft .Net Development Certification and Azure Services certifications will be a plus.
• Experience with Python, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to solve complex problems with creativity and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.

Job Description:

We are launching a strategically important Data Analytics project for government institutions using the Palantir Foundry platform. This project is critical for advancing Big Data and analytics in the government sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of solutions based on Palantir Foundry.
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources and build analytical models.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams (ability to explain technical solutions clearly).
• Possible mentoring and training of internal specialists.
• Participate in projects with government organizations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Strong technical expertise in Big Data, analytics, and data integration.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark.
• Optional: experience with ReactJS, TypeScript.

This is an opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual to develop their skill set and network in PwC, working with experienced iPower PwC’s internal system practitioners and acting as a 1st level support to other PwC colleagues across a range of technical and administrative issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide a complex first level technical and administrative support to users in supported territories to problems and transactions to using the firm’s internal business “iPower” system to users in supported territories.
• Solve and answer client’s requests via online ticketing system tool in line within defined procedures.
• Communicate with requesters via the e-tickets and ensure that all necessary information and documentation is in place to fulfill the request or route the problem to other responsible teams.
• Arrange and process different documents in regard to his/her field of activity.
• Check for and assure accuracy of clients' data.
• Maintain validity of data in internal systems and databases.
• Handle all related correspondence and documents that are to be processed.
• Analyse processes and available less complex data in order to find solutions to the problems
• Perform a set of period end closing activities for supported territories such as ensuring the quality of data and accuracy of processed transactions within and between systems, tools and communicate to general staff, managers and partners on important deadlines
• Support other Business Support teams and IT in testing and implementation of new system deployments and other updates.

• Experience from a similar position or a relevant experience is an advantage
• Strong intellectual, organizational & technical skills with the desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant
• Good communication skills in English (B2 and higher): oral and written, with the ability to draft and deliver clear messages to clients.
