- Design and maintain secure, scalable, multi-tenant cloud applications, REST APIs, and SQL-based data solutions.
- Develop and support Windows Services, background agents, and desktop application integrations.
- Build and maintain reliable data synchronization between Windows-based diagnostic instruments and Azure-hosted systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), tenant isolation, and protection of sensitive health information (PHI).
- Develop PowerShell scripts for deployment, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across cloud infrastructure, backend services, databases, and Windows environments.
- Improve application security, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software release processes.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor other developers.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based engineering and clinical teams to deliver dependable healthcare software.
What We're Looking For

- Solid understanding of application security, RBAC, tenant isolation, and protection of sensitive data.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and Jira.
- Healthcare technology experience involving digital health, medical devices, clinical software, EHR integrations, HIPAA, or PHI-sensitive systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, architectural judgment, and the ability to lead technical initiatives hands-on.
- Fluent English (C1 or equivalent) and the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
Nice to Have

- Full-time, long-term B2B contract.
- Direct collaboration with a U.S.-based engineering team.
- An opportunity to lead the development of healthcare technology used in clinical environments.
- 10 paid U.S. public holidays.
