About the Role

What you'll sell

Not "software." You go to a business owner or developer whose project is scattered across twenty files and three contractors, and show how it comes together in one loop: economics, document package, equipment selection, team work — in one place, visible in real time.

Three lines, each with its own pace:

1. Platform and AI — subscription and implementation. Short cycle, your monthly bread and butter.
2. Battery storage under the "equity instead of discount" program — big ticket, long cycle. You open and lead; our engineers close the technical part.
3. Electricity supply — entry through the client's bill: the cheapest way in, and then you sell the rest.

Who your client is

An owner or head of a business, typically 45+, who doesn't use AI and doesn't trust it. Selling the platform to this person is half teaching. Whoever can take them from "I don't need this" to "show me again" is the one who earns here.

How we build

We use our own product at full depth. Tasks, deals, documents, financial models, calls, even this job posting — all inside Aita. If a result can't be read by a query to the system, for us it doesn't exist. So you'll never assemble a report by hand and never have to prove you were working.

The next layer is AI doing the grunt work: gathering client information before a call, drafting a proposal, flagging leads that have stalled. The salesperson spends time on the conversation, not on preparing for it.

There are no training cases. You get five live leads from our base — real companies, real contacts, access to the platform. You work with them as you would on staff.

We decide on the first contact taken to the end — when there's either a signature or a client's no. Not on activity volume, not on a deadline. A no is not a failure: we look at how you run the conversation, how you record your work, and how you hold the "no."

We are currently transforming our sales function into a scalable, data-driven, AI- and automation-powered sales engine. We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy through an AI- and automation-enabled sales system.

The role combines outbound campaign execution, AI-assisted prospect communication, lead qualification, sales calls, closing, and account management.

The person will work with strategy and campaign requirements provided by Marketing, use existing AI agents and automation workflows, apply commercial judgment to their outputs, and turn qualified opportunities into clients and long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns based on Marketing-defined strategy and requirements, owning campaign setup, execution, pipeline progression, conversion, and closing.
• Use AI and automation for prospect research, communication, qualification, replies, follow-ups, and repetitive sales activities. Review outputs critically and step in personally when human judgment, direct communication, or negotiation is needed.
• Orchestrate and improve AI agents by adjusting prompts, instructions, context, examples, and workflow logic. Identify opportunities for new agents or automations and create them independently when possible or work with the Automation team on more complex implementations.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls, understand client needs, present relevant staffing and recruitment services, handle objections and commercial discussions, and move opportunities toward closing.
• Manage client relationships after closing, coordinate handover to delivery, maintain regular communication, identify risks and changing needs, and look for repeat business and account expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, track agreed sales KPIs, and provide Marketing and Automation teams with feedback on lead quality, ICP accuracy, messaging, objections, market response, and workflow performance.

Required Competencies

• Minimum 3+ years of strong B2B service sales experience with international clients.
• Strong proficiency in English (C1 or strong B2 level) is required.
• Experience managing opportunities from outbound communication through qualification, sales calls, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
• Practical experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in professional workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated research, messages, replies, and recommendations.

• Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation and outreach platforms
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
• Experience working with clients and companies from the USA, EU, UK, Latin America, and other international markets
• Good understanding of the IT services market and its dynamics
• Ability to conduct negotiations, online meetings, and other business communications
• Ability to identify and understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of potential clients
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Would be a plus:

• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Understanding of SMM and SEO principles

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities
• Search for and attract potential clients through various channels
• Communicate with potential and existing clients, including through online meetings, to build and develop long-term partnerships
• Identify client needs and pain points and propose relevant IT solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and product and service demos for clients
• Track sales activities in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports
• Participate in developing strategic plans for expanding into new industries and domains
• Collaborate with the team to develop and improve sales processes and approaches
