🔹 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher
  (candidates without experience are also welcome if they are motivated to learn)
• Experience with booking loads and negotiating with clients/partners
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Result-oriented mindset, responsibility, and a positive attitude
