Sales Manager

Our product is a platform for managing educational institutions. It helps automate the learning process, communication, and administrative workflows.
 

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will work with warm leads. You will run product demos, guide clients through the process until the contract is signed, and support them after launch together with the customer support team.
 

There are no cold sales in this role. However, there will be many phone calls. If you prefer to handle everything through messages or emails, this role is probably not the best fit for you. School directors are much more likely to respond to calls than to emails.
 

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound requests and qualify leads
• Run online product demos
• Handle objections and lead deals to payment
• Maintain CRM accurately and without reminders
   

Required skills:

• At least 1+ year of sales experience with proven results in closing deals
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Zoho
• Ability to prepare commercial proposals
• Confident online presentation skills
• Ability to handle objections such as “too expensive,” “we’ll think about it,” or “not now” not as the end of the conversation, but as the beginning
• Strong spoken and written Ukrainian, with knowledge of business communication etiquette
• Ability to plan your work independently without micromanagement
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS or EdTech, or experience working in educational institutionsEnglish language skills
