As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are looking for a Sales Manager in Europe to strengthen our sales motion in the European market. The mission of this role is to attract new B2B clients and sell customer support outsourcing, multilingual support, back-office operations, and AI-enhanced customer support solutions to companies across Europe.
The working schedule is full-time, remote, and Europe-based.
Your future responsibilities include:
- Qualify and manage B2B leads (inbound, outbound, and referral) across the European market;
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their support needs, volumes, languages, channels, SLA requirements, seasonality, pain points, budget, and procurement process;
- Prepare commercial proposals together with the delivery and operations teams;
- Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and Delivery teams;
- Maintain CRM hygiene: deal stages, next steps, decision process, stakeholders, forecast, close date, and risks;
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, client feedback, vertical trends, and common objections;
- Contribute to improving the sales process, ICP, messaging, outreach logic, and proposal structure.
Needed experience & skills:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
- At least 1-2 years of experience in CX, BPO, customer support outsourcing, contact center, managed services, SaaS for customer support, or a closely related field;
- English level - C1 or higher;
- German level - B2 or higher;
- Experience selling to the European market;
- Experience with deal sizes from 70k to 500k+ ARR;
- Hands-on experience with B2B sales processes: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing;
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
- Ability to manage longer sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong ownership, structure, and ability to work independently.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with RFP or tender processes;
- Existing network among Heads of CX, Customer Support, Operations, or Procurement;
- Experience selling AI or automation solutions for support operations;
- Understanding of nearshore and offshore delivery models;
- French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch at B2+ level.
