VIP Sales Manager

We are looking for a VIP Sales Manager who enjoys communication, sales, and working towards ambitious results.
 

In this role, you will work with VIP clients, build long-term relationships, increase player activity, and directly influence your income through your performance.
 

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with VIP clients via phone, messengers, and email;
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients;
• Identify client needs and offer personalized solutions;
• Increase player activity and deposits;
• Work with both active and inactive clients;
• Reactivate and retain VIP players;
• Achieve individual KPI and sales targets;
• Work with CRM and maintain client information.
   

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, VIP Management, Retention, or other client-facing roles;
• Strong communication skills and confidence when working with clients;
• Genuine interest in sales and achieving results;
• Ability to understand client needs and influence decision-making;
• Comfortable working with KPI and performance targets;
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian;
• Experience in iGaming will be a plus but is not required;
• English will be an advantage.
