As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are looking for a Sales Manager. The mission of this role is to attract new B2B clients and sell customer support outsourcing, multilingual support, back-office operations, and AI-enhanced customer support solutions to companies across all over the world.

The working schedule is full-time, remote, and Europe-based.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Qualify and manage B2B leads (inbound, outbound, and referral);
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their support needs, volumes, languages, channels, SLA requirements, seasonality, pain points, budget, and procurement process;
• Prepare commercial proposals together with the delivery and operations teams;
• Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and Delivery teams;

Ground-Floor B2B Role — You Build It From Zero

This is not a role where you inherit an existing account book. You'll be the person who defines our B2B channel.

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and build a target list of U.S. hotels matching the ICP — using LinkedIn, Google, hotel directories, and your own network
• Initiate cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone — reaching GMs, Purchasing Managers, and Operations Directors
• Qualify prospects and move them through the pipeline with a consultative approach

Sales & Deal Management

• Run the full B2B sales cycle from first contact through signed contract
• Prepare and lead online presentations and product demos (Zoom / Google Meet)

• Handle objections confidently and close deals using value-based selling

Account Development

• Build long-term relationships with clients — follow up, identify new needs, drive repeat orders

What We're Looking For
Must-Have

• Native or near-native English speaker — you'll be cold-calling hotel owners and GMs; language and cultural fluency are non-negotiable
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market, with a track record of closed deals
• Experience selling a physical product in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to do cold outreach — emails, calls, LinkedIn — and convert them to meetings and deals
• CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar; you keep the pipeline clean and current
• Self-directed and motivated — this is a zero-to-one role; you won't have a playbook handed to you

Day 61–90

First qualified deal in pipeline at proposal stage or beyond. Active CRM with 20+ tracked accounts. Feedback report on market response.

•  Base: $2,500 / month — stable, paid on time, every time.

Запрошуємо Менеджера з продажу приєднатись до нашої команди. Ви відповідатимете за розвиток продажу продуктів компанії, пошук нових замовників і партнерів та супровід угод на всіх етапах. Роль передбачає активну роботу з B2G-сегментом, корпоративними замовниками та міжнародними партнерами.

Основні задачі:

• Розвиток продажу у сегменті B2G в Україні;
• Розвиток довгострокових відносин із чинними та потенційними замовниками;
• Ведення повного циклу продажу: від першого контакту та визначення потреб клієнта до укладання договору, виконання контракту та післяпродажного супроводу;
• Проведення переговорів і презентацій для клієнтів, державних структур та міжнародних партнерів;
• Підготовка комерційних пропозицій та участь у підготовці тендерної документації, договорів і контрактів;
• Супровід тендерних процедур та участь у державних і комерційних закупівлях;
• Ведення воронки продажу та актуалізація інформації про клієнтів, угоди й активності у CRM;
• Виконання індивідуальних планів продажу та встановлених комерційних показників;
• Формування прогнозів щодо потенційних угод та термінів їх реалізації;
• Взаємодія з виробництвом, R&D, сервісною службою, юридичним та фінансовим підрозділами для підготовки пропозицій і забезпечення виконання контрактів;
• Аналіз потреб замовників, ринку та конкурентного середовища;
• Збір та передача зворотного зв'язку від клієнтів щодо продуктів компанії та потреб ринку;
• Підготовка звітності та аналітики щодо результатів роботи й воронки продажу;

• Виконання комерційної стратегії та планів продажу в межах закріпленого напряму.

   

Для нас важливо:

• Досвід роботи у B2B або B2G продажах від 2 років;
• Практичний досвід активного пошуку та залучення нових клієнтів;
• Досвід самостійного ведення повного циклу продажу;
• Досвід проведення переговорів, презентацій та роботи з особами, які приймають рішення;
• Вміння визначати потреби замовника та формувати відповідну комерційну пропозицію;
• Досвід підготовки комерційних пропозицій, договорів та іншої документації, пов'язаної з продажем;
• Розуміння принципів роботи з воронкою продажу та прогнозування угод;
• Впевнене володіння CRM-системами;
• Готовність працювати зі складними технічними продуктами та занурюватися в їх специфіку;

• Англійська мова не нижче Upper-Intermediate для ведення переговорів та міжнародної комунікації.

   

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи із замовниками у сегменті B2G — державними організаціями, силовими структурами, оборонними відомствами або державними підприємствами;
• Досвід продажу складних технічних, промислових або високотехнологічних продуктів;
• Досвід роботи у defense-tech, miltech, aerospace, телекомунікаціях, промисловому обладнанні або інших високотехнологічних галузях;
• Досвід міжнародних продажів та роботи з іноземними партнерами;
• Практичний досвід участі у тендерних процедурах та державних закупівлях;
• Розуміння специфіки експортної діяльності;

• Наявність сформованої мережі контактів серед корпоративних або державних замовників.
