About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter & HR Coordinator to work directly with the CEO across IT, Web3, fintech, and media projects.

This is a hybrid role: recruitment + internal HR + people-related company operations.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Full-cycle hiring: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers
• Hire across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Sales
• Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring documentation
• Target volume: ~2 hires/month

HR & Team

• Conduct regular 1-on-1s with team members
• Monitor team mood, motivation, workload, and retention risks
• Identify potential conflicts or people issues early
• Support onboarding, probation check-ins, and offboarding
• Provide the CEO with concise feedback on team health and potential risks

Internal Operations

• Organize birthdays, gifts, and team activities
• Maintain important employee dates and basic HR documentation
• Help the CEO with occasional internal/team-related coordination

Requirements

• Ukrainian and Russian — fluent; English — B2+
• 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably IT
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Able to recognize people problems early and handle confidential information
• HR / People Operations experience is a plus

The role

We're looking for a recruiter who has already done this — someone who has opened reqs, built pipelines from zero, run their own screens, and closed hires. Someone who's already good at it and wants to do it at scale, across markets, for a company that moves fast.

You'll own the full hiring cycle for tech and non-tech roles across Ukraine, LATAM, and Europe — from sourcing to signed contract. You won't be handed candidates. You'll go find them.

What you'll do

—  Own 5-8 open reqs at any given time — tech and non-tech, multiple geographies simultaneously

—  Source proactively across Djinni, Work.ua, LinkedIn, international boards, and creative channels — communities, direct headhunting, mass outreach

—  Run pre-screening yourself: async form or 10-15 min call, same-day written recommendation to the next step.

—  Set up automated candidate comms — confirmations, rejections, status updates — nothing manual per candidate

—  Chase scorecard completion the moment a hire is confirmed — don't open the req without it

—  Keep a live pipeline tracker that hiring managers can check at any point without asking you

—  Close roles: manage offers, negotiate, get the contract signed

What we expect in the first 90 days

Day 30

—  Onboarded to all tools and channels

—  Active pipelines on 2+ open reqs

—  Automated response templates live

Day 60

—  At least 2 roles closed

—  Pre-screening running on all active reqs

—  No HM has chased you for a pipeline update

—  Avg time-to-hire ≤20 days on confirmed reqs

—  Sourcing from 4+ channels

You're the right fit if

✓  You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting — and you've been running screens and closing offers yourself, not just passing CVs to someone else

✓  You've independently sourced candidates across at least 2 countries — not just Ukraine

✓  You know the difference between a good SDR and a good AE, between a senior dev and a mid — and you screen accordingly

✓  Your English is fluent — outreach, offer letters, live calls with international candidates, all without HR editing

✓  You've set up automated candidate comms before — ATS templates, email sequences, or equivalent

✓  You're based in Vinnytsia and ready to work from our office — this is not a remote role

Nice to have

◦  LATAM hiring experience (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico)

◦  Familiar with Djinni, Work.ua, CleverStaff

◦  Background in B2B SaaS recruiting

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle driver recruitment in the USA
• Maintaining and updating candidate data in the CRM/ATS
• Preparing job postings and managing communication with candidates
• Supporting pre-onboarding
• Tracking hiring progress and reporting recruitment results

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role

• English level C1
• Confident use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple functions and levels. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders. The Senior Recruiter will drive recruitment strategies, improve hiring processes, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process through completion.
• Lead intake meetings and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Promote the company's employer brand through positive candidate engagement and market representation.
• Build relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks when required.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both.
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong professional network.
• Proven experience recruiting for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor experience is an advantage) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Preferred

• Experience in a high-growth, international, or matrixed organization.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and geographies.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
• HR or talent acquisition certification.
