    We are looking for an experienced VP of Delivery to own, scale, and stabilize our fintech delivery organization. This role carries full accountability for delivery feasibility, portfolio economics, predictability, and long-term delivery excellence across all client engagements. You will be the final authority on delivery decisions, leading complex portfolios in a regulated fintech environment and representing the company in critical escalations and strategic client discussions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage, mentor, and scale the Portfolio & Program Management function (Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers). 
    • Ensure consistent delivery standards and best practices across engagements.
    • Take full responsibility for portfolio P&L: gross margin, utilization strategy, staffing mix, ramp-up curves, and bench cost control.
    • Maintain real-time visibility into delivery health: costs, burn rate, scope elasticity, staffing risks, and delivery predictability. Proactively intervene in at-risk projects.
    • Act as the ultimate decision-maker for complex, high-risk, or non-standard delivery situations. Lead resolution strategies while protecting contractual, financial, and reputational interests.
    • Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks, risk identification processes, mitigation strategies, and accountability models across the portfolio.
    • Prepare and present delivery performance reports, insights, and corrective actions during MBRs and executive-level reviews.

     

    Required Professional Skills

    • 5+ years of experience in software delivery within IT outsourcing
    • 2+ years in executive delivery roles (Head of Delivery, Director of Delivery, VP of Delivery, or equivalent)
    • Proven ownership of multi-project delivery portfolios
    • Strong technical competence to:
    • Challenge delivery estimates
