    Core Responsibilities:

    • Collect, structure, and analyze recruitment data in Excel / Google Sheets.
    • Build and maintain an end-to-end recruitment analytics system (from first candidate touchpoint to onboarding).
    • Design, implement, and support dashboards and advanced data visualization tools to monitor funnel performance and team efficiency.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of salary ranges and run рСгуляр salary benchmarking studies across local and international markets.
    • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, internal regulations, and SOPs.
    • Administer job boards and sourcing tools.
    • Manage access to the recruitment ecosystem (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, transcription tools, AI solutions, etc.).

     

    Our Expectations:

    • You can identify insights in data and translate them into actionable solutions, not just report numbers.
    • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
    • Proven experience in writing policies, SOPs, and internal documentation with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and simply.
    • Experience administering ATS platforms (Huntflow, Lever, Greenhouse) and professional sourcing tools.
    • Fluent Ukrainian.
    • English β€” Upper-Intermediate (reading documentation, working with interfaces, writing internal texts).

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across various levels of the organization.
    • Confident in running 1-1 meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.

    We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team!

    This role is for an experienced professional who can build strong partnerships with teams, implement modern HR practices, drive process automation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

     

    Requirements:
    - 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner / People Partner / HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-growing or complex organizational environment;

    - Strong understanding of core HR processes: onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, engagement, and reporting;

    - Proven experience working closely with managers and leadership teams, including handling complex people cases; 

    - Ability to analyze data, prepare insights, and translate analytics into practical recommendations; 

    - Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously;  

    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; 

    - Ability to adapt policies and processes to business needs while maintaining consistency and compliance; 

    - Experience working with HR systems and automation tools; 

    - English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.


    Responsibilities:
    - Implementation of a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted commands;

    - Onboarding of HR process managers;

    - Training and support of existing managers;

    - Monitoring the level of β€œsatisfaction” of employees;

    - Identification of the needs of teams and the implementation of actions to implement these needs;

    - Providing analytics for managers on a monthly basis;

    - Reporting system on weekly/monthly/quaterly/yearly basis;

    - Dealing with executive requests regarding their team;

    - Adaptation of policies and procedures to the specifics of teams;

    - Proposals and participation in the organization of events that will raise the team spirit;

    - Development of new ideas to strengthen the corporate culture and brand of the employer.
