Зона відповідальності:

Ти відповідатимеш за HR як за бізнес-функцію, що напряму впливає на ріст і прибуток:
 

• Побудова HR-стратегії під цілі масштабування AdNetwork.
• Аудит поточних процесів, команд і performance-метрик.
• Найм A-players у Media Buying та суміжні команди (фокус: якість, швидкість, ROI найму).
• Управління hiring funnel: скорочення time-to-hire і time-to-productivity.
• Побудова та розвиток системи performance management (KPI, регулярні review, робота з ефективністю).
• Утримання ключових співробітників і управління ризиками втрати top performers.
• Розвиток managerial skills у team leads (управління, пріоритизація, ефективність команд).
• Побудова процесів адаптації, навчання та розвитку з вимірюваним результатом.
• Розвиток employer brand на ринку Ad Network / Affiliate.
   

Вимоги:

• 10+ років досвіду в HR&Recruitment.
• 2+ роки в Ad Network / Affiliate / Gaming / performance-середовищі.
• Досвід найму сильних спеціалістів у висококонкурентних нішах.
• Практичний досвід побудови performance management систем.
• Досвід роботи з low / high performers і утримання топів.
• Вміння приймати рішення на основі метрик (hiring funnel, conversion, retention, performance).
• Досвід побудови та оптимізації HR-процесів в умовах швидкого масштабування.
