Demonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to the stakeholders

Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency

Skills

Must have

5+ years of experience in web and UX design, with experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sectors.

Knowledge of Atomic Design

Experience with a Design System

Strong English skills are mandatory for client communication

Proficiency in Figma, including team libraries, auto layout, component properties, branching, and variables

Good understanding of user personas and user flows

Ability to demonstrate a portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work, including the process behind it

Flexible and client-oriented mindset

Continuously staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends
