About the role:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual side of our books and marketing materials — from cover design to brand consistency across platforms.

What you'll do:

• Design books: covers, interior layouts, chapter formatting
• Layout for PDF, Kindle, EPUB; prepare files per Amazon KDP requirements
• Create static and dynamic creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
• Design presentations, landing pages, banners
• Maintain brand guide consistency across all touchpoints

What we're looking for:

• 1.5+ years in graphic design, with experience in at least two of: book/print design, marketing/digital design, branding
• Strong hands-on skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
• A portfolio that reflects the claimed experience
• Ukrainian fluent, English B1+

Nice to have:

• Experience in marketing/digital agencies
• Framer, publishing or edtech background
• Amazon KDP book preparation experience

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a 3D Artist with Character Hair Grooming experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hair Groomer / Digital Human Groom Artist to create highly realistic hairstyles and hair assets for next-generation digital humans used in interactive live casino experiences.

The role focuses specifically on hair and hairstyle production for photorealistic digital characters using Unreal Engine and MetaHuman technology.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, photorealistic hair and hairstyles for digital human characters

- Own the hair grooming process from hairstyle references through production-ready assets

- Create and refine scalp hair, hairlines, flyaways, and other details required for realistic characters

- Produce different hairstyles and variations for multiple digital characters

- Ensure hair assets maintain realism from different camera angles and lighting conditions

- Prepare and optimize hair assets for MetaHuman characters and Unreal Engine

- Work closely with character, face, body, and animation specialists

- Troubleshoot visual and technical issues related to digital hair

- Balance visual quality with real-time performance requirements

- Maintain consistency and quality across the character library

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a 3D Artist

- 2+ years of experience with Game / Real-time or VFX Character Pipelines

- 1+ year of Character Hair Grooming experience with examples

- Experience with XGen, Ornatrix, Yeti, Houdini Groom, or similar tools - must-have

- Real production experience with photorealistic human character production

- Experience creating realistic hair, hairlines, eyebrows/facial hair when required

- Understanding of human anatomy and high-end character assets

- Experience taking groom assets through to production

- Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic human hairstyles and hair assets

- Strong understanding of hair structure, hairlines, volume, layering, and natural hair behaviour

- Ability to work independently and deliver polished assets from references

- Strong attention to visual detail

Responsibilities:

• Build the product from the ground up — define its visual language, design principles, design system, and key UX flows.
• Design UX for an AI-powered product — including onboarding, first-generation experiences, long-running asynchronous processes, AI model selection, token-based economics, error states, and web-first checkout.
• Build a scalable design system for web and mobile, with shared logic, components, variables, themes, states, and responsive behavior.
• Design production-ready motion — micro-interactions, loading states, transitions, and animations that help users understand what is happening during AI generation.
• Create implementation-ready animations using Rive (preferred) or Lottie, and collaborate closely with engineers on their integration.
• Design for real traffic from day one — the MVP will reach live users shortly after launch, so you’ll continuously validate and improve your work based on user behavior and product data.
• Work closely with engineers to balance UX quality, visual polish, and implementation complexity.
• Contribute to product growth by designing experiences that improve activation, conversion, monetization, and retention.
• Contribute to the product’s visual identity through typography, color systems, logo direction, and other foundational brand elements.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, product, and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, scalable product experiences.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2C products with paid traffic or performance marketing.
• Strong experience designing both web and mobile products, ideally with a unified design system across platforms.
• Experience with production-ready motion design, with Rive preferred or Lottie as an alternative.
• Proven experience building design systems with reusable components, states, variables, themes, and responsive scenarios.
• Strong product thinking and an understanding of how design impacts activation, conversion, monetization, and retention.
• Ability to design complex product experiences involving AI models, generation states, usage costs, asynchronous processes, and other non-standard UX patterns.
• Basic visual identity and branding skills, including logo, typography, and color systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with engineers, including the ability to balance UX quality with technical constraints.
• Ukrainian for internal communication.
• English at B1 level or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience designing generative AI products or interfaces built on top of third-party AI models.
• Experience launching a new product or major feature from scratch, rather than primarily iterating on an established product.
• Flutter-first experience or close collaboration with Flutter engineering teams.
• Experience with web-first products and custom checkout flows outside of the App Store.
• Experience designing subscriptions, tokens, credits, or other usage-based monetization models.

The next step is shifting that team toward a code-first, AI-native design process — and this role leads that shift.
 

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own product architecture and business analysis: partner with product managers and executive leadership to define problem statements, analyze complex business logic, and map non-linear software workflows.
• Define edge cases, data constraints, and business rules early — before any visual interface work begins.
• Drive the team's transition away from static Figma files toward a Claude Code / AI-assisted component workflow.
• Build and refine features directly using functional code components, design systems, and modern AI development environments.
• Establish best practices for AI integration, continuous delivery, and clean handoffs between product, design, and engineering.
• Streamline communication to eliminate project delays, task postponements, and endless revision loops.
• Lead by example — collaborating with and mentoring mid-level designers on business analysis, system thinking, and AI-driven design workflows.
• Shape delivery ownership and process discipline with an immediate track to step into formal team leadership.

Does this relate to you?

• 7+ years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software — you think like a product manager and build like an engineer.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM-assisted workflows (Claude Code, AI pair programming tools) and front-end code structures (React, Tailwind, HTML/CSS, etc.).
