We are seeking an AI Creative Project Manager to shape the fast-paced, rapidly growing world
of mobile micro-drama. Our series—including characters, environments, wardrobe, and overall
visual identity—are generated entirely via Generative AI and produced by global partners. This
is not a traditional writing or directing role; instead, you will act as a high-level creative
gatekeeper. You will review AI-generated episodes, identify creative bottlenecks, and provide
precise direction to elevate the final output.

Key Responsibilities
● Build and maintain production folders using Gen-AI tools to ensure consistency across
characters, locations, and wardrobe.
● Watch and review AI-generated micro-drama episodes.
● Audit critical creative aspects like acting, emotion, pacing, editing, sound, music, color,
lighting, continuity, and visual believability.
● Identify issues and opportunities to maximize audience retention, delivering precise,
actionable recommendations.
● Submit detailed, organized feedback via Excel logs, tracking episode numbers, precise
timecodes, and targeted notes.

Job Requirements
● Degree in Film, Cinema, or related fields.
● 5–10 years in long-form, narrative or scripted content, ideally as a Script Supervisor,
Script Editor, Director, or Showrunner.
● Deep understanding of micro-drama dynamics, including dramatic structures, fast pacing,
returning genres, character archetypes, and cliffhangers.
● Strong analytical skills to gauge viewer engagement and translate user behavior into

actionable creative direction.
● Professional working proficiency in English at an intermediate to high level.
● Familiarity with or strong openness to integrating Gen-AI tools into modern creative
pipelines.

We are Artelo, a rapidly growing print-on-demand platform with our own manufacturing facility. We have a large roadmap and are looking for a very senior product designer with a great eye for design and impeccable Figma skills. This is a part-time role. Right now, we have a lot of design work, but this fluctuates from time to time. We will want you to be available to dive into things. The right candidate may also move into adjacent design roles (think marketing-related, if that is a mutual fit and we like working with you). 

This is not an easy product to design. It requires a lot of experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopify/Etsy, print-on-demand workflows, and art. You will work directly with our founder on highly specific, customer-facing features that will require an intimate understanding.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
• A strong promo-focused portfolio (websites, landing pages)
• Experience conducting basic research (competitive analysis, UX audit)
• Ability to form hypotheses and support them with data
• Strong proficiency in Figma (tokens, autolayout, variables, prototyping, etc.)
• Ability to use AI tools to generate assets for websites
• Ability to create designs that meet client needs

Responsibilities:

• Design websites and landing pages (about 80% of the time)
• Conduct research (competitor analysis, UX audit, etc.)
• Create page structures and sitemaps
• Design wireframes
• Prepare specifications for developers, including descriptions of block behavior, animations, and other interaction logic
• Conduct design QA to validate visual consistency after development
• Work on internal tasks, such as improving the studio website or creating website concepts (no banners or graphic design tasks, as we have dedicated graphic designers for that)

We're after a Motion Designer / AI Video Creator who's obsessed with video, lives and breathes social media trends, and can turn a raw script into a scroll-stopping ad creative — powered by AI, but looking 100% human.

You’ll be working with Kodree, a subscription-based platform helping people gain practical, hands-on skills in any subject through web and mobile apps on both iOS & Android.

Who we're looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in active dynamic video editing (Reels, TikTok, ad creatives)
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools
• Proven ability to generate hyper-realistic AI avatars indistinguishable from real humans
• You can take a raw script with zero moodboard and deliver a polished pack by 6 PM without hand-holding
• You know how to source native, non-stock footage across TikTok, Instagram, and Threads
• English B1+ (no speaking required, but you can read a brief)

Bonus points if you:

• Have a background in performance marketing teams or digital agencies
• Understand basic marketing principles — hook frames, pacing for ads, what makes people stop scrolling

You'll be working on:

• Producing packs of ad video creatives based on briefs from Creative Marketing Managers — up to 5 packs per day (3 videos per pack + variations)
• Generating hyper-realistic AI avatars and integrating them seamlessly into creatives (indistinguishable from real UGC)
• Independently sourcing visual references and trending content across social platforms
• Monitoring TikTok and Instagram trends and turning them into creatives fast
• Optimizing your own workflow through tools, plugins, and automations — because speed without quality doesn't count

As a Senior Designer on our mobile design systems team, you'll shape the future of our group-wide design system. You'll develop and maintain core components while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless implementation across all products and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain design system foundations, components, and patterns across platforms;
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistency and efficiency across products;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and developer specifications;
• Continuously improve the system based on feedback, trends, and evolving patterns;
• Advocate for design system adoption, providing guidance and support to product teams;
• Stay current with industry best practices and share knowledge across the team;

• Drive improvements in Design Ops, refining tools and workflows for team efficiency.

   

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with 2+ years working on or contributing to design systems;
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Figma libraries and token systems;
• Strong experience documenting design standards, patterns, and component specifications for developers;
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and user experience;
• Expertise in accessibility standards (WCAG) with ability to implement accessible components;
• Excellent communication skills - presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences;
