We're building simulation-ready 3D environments for robotics training. We have a large library of lidar-captured residential interiors, and we're converting them into environments that robot policies can actually navigate — watertight geometry, real collision meshes, semantic labels, USD export.
 

You'd be the first hire on this. First project is five scenes, end to end, by hand. What we learn from those becomes the pipeline.

Must have:
• Blender or Maya at production level — retopo, mesh repair, UV
• Python scripting. Every tool in this stack is driven through it
• Hands-on with at least one physics simulator: Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Unity/Unreal physics, or PyBullet
• You understand the difference between a visual mesh and a collision mesh, and can explain convex decomposition without looking it up

Nice to have: USD/OpenUSD, Isaac Sim or Omniverse specifically, experience cleaning up scanned data (photogrammetry, point clouds, 3D scan)

Not required: ML or robotics theory. You're building environments, not training policies.

What a finished scene looks like:
• Visual mesh — watertight, ceilings closed, holes patched, real-world scale, Z-up, floor at origin
• Collision mesh — separate from visual, convex-decomposed
• Semantic labels — floor, wall, ceiling, door, window, stair, furniture
• USD primary, glTF secondary
• Loads in Isaac Sim and MuJoCo, and a simple agent can walk room to room without falling through anything

Screening: a paid test task. We send you one raw scan; you produce a watertight collision mesh that loads in MuJoCo and holds a falling capsule on the floor instead of letting it pass through. Half a day of work, paid at your rate.

We are looking for a Game Designer / 2D Artist on behalf of our client — an Israeli game development company creating hyper-casual mobile and casino-style games.

The company develops and tests multiple game concepts with a strong focus on speed, visual quality, player engagement, retention, and scalability. The technical side of development is already covered, and the team is now looking for a creative specialist who can take ownership of game visuals, animation, and overall visual polish.
