And we are currently looking for a Project Manager!

Requirements: 

• Must be based in the United States or Canada to ensure overlap with the team's working hours (US time zones);
• Work experience in the field of design and/or video production (as a designer, SMM specialist, account manager, etc.);
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (both written and spoken);
• Strong self-organization and time management skills;
• High level of proactivity and ownership;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

   

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the creative industry, particularly in graphic design, motion design, or visual design;
• Genuine interest in creative, branding, design, or digital content projects;
• Familiarity with creative workflows and collaboration with designers or creative teams.

Responsibilities:

-Client Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client after the project launch;
• Maintain regular communication via Slack, email, and conference calls;
• Collect and relay feedback to the team;
• Keep the client informed about the project status, risks, and potential delays.

-Project Management

• Plan and maintain project timelines;
• Coordinate all stages of production: from the brief to final delivery;
• Monitor task completion, ensure deadlines are met, and promptly resolve roadblocks;
• Ensure process transparency for the team and clients.
   

-Resource Planning

• Monitor team workload and resource allocation across projects;
• Coordinate the work of freelancers and external contractors;
• Warn of potential overloads and scheduling conflicts.

-Operational Support and Quality Control

• Prepare project documentation and internal briefs;
• Maintain the organization and up-to-date status of materials in work tools;
• Review materials before sending them to the client and monitor the implementation of feedback;
• Ensure that results align with the brief and quality standards.

-Finance and Administration

• Oversee project documentation, approvals, and reporting;
• Monitor invoicing, payment receipts, and project budgets.
