Team: Social Media Manager + Content Creators.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative TikTok Content Creator with strong video editing skills and a good understanding of the CS2 ecosystem. You will create engaging TikTok content for products in the eSports industry. The content will be distributed across multiple short-form platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your daily work will include creating meme content, blogger-style videos, and AI-generated content using ready-made source materials. Motion Design tasks are occasional and mainly include overlays, banners, and simple motion graphics. We are looking for someone who understands the CS2 audience, enjoys creating entertaining content, follows modern social media trends, and actively contributes ideas together with the team.
 

Requirements

• 1−2 years of commercial experience in Video Editing and/or Motion Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing skills is required.
• Good knowledge of CS2 and its community.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of CapCut.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience creating TikTok or other short-form video content.
• Ability to create memes, blogger-style, and AI-generated content.
• Ability to work with ready-made source materials.
• Ability to create animations and simple motion graphics.
• Creativity, strong visual taste, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage 2−3 tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ukrainian or Russian — Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced (for internal communication).
• English — Intermediate.

• Work on up to 2−3 tasks simultaneously.

Our product is rapidly expanding its B2B direction and partner network. We are looking for a dedicated Business Development professional who will own partner acquisition, build relationships with gaming platforms and marketplaces, negotiate commercial terms, and drive new integrations. The goal of this role is to accelerate revenue growth by expanding our global partner ecosystem.

Current team composition:
Product Manager, Backend Team, Frontend Team, QA, UI/UX Designer, Marketing Team, Customer Support, Finance.

List of technologies needed:
CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, Discord, Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Google Sheets, AI tools (ChatGPT), basic API understanding.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Partnerships.

- Hands-on experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients (Outbound Sales).

- Experience negotiating with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Heads of Business, etc.).

- Proven track record of closing commercial deals and managing partners through the integration and launch process.

- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to conduct business negotiations confidently.

- Achieve partnership, revenue, and business growth targets through proactive sales and relationship management.

Tasks description:

- Identify and acquire new B2B partners across the gaming industry (marketplaces, lootbox platforms, casinos, game services, payment providers, affiliate platforms).

- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closing.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and strategic partnership agreements.

- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch new integrations.

- Represent our product in meetings, conferences, and online communication with international partners.
