About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support reporting and analytics initiatives within a global pharmaceutical organization.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience working on reporting, analytics, BI, or data-focused projects
• Good understanding of Power BI capabilities and experience defining requirements for Power BI reporting and dashboard solutions.

We're looking for a Middle+ Data/Databricks Engineer to join our data team and take ownership of pipelines built on Databricks. You'll design and run production-grade ETL/ELT workloads, work with the lakehouse (Delta Lake) architecture, and partner closely with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders who rely on the data you deliver. "Middle+" here means roughly 3–5 years of hands-on data engineering experience: you can own a pipeline end to end with minimal supervision, make sound design decisions, and are starting to mentor more junior engineers — without yet carrying full architectural ownership of the platform.

What You'll Do

About the Role:

You will join Vetric’s infrastructure team in the Krakow engineering hub as a Senior DevOps Engineer, reporting to the DevOps Team Leader. In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery of advanced cloud infrastructure, from designing and coding new platform components through production hardening and operational support. You will work closely with teams in Poland and Israel, exercise high autonomy, and make strategic technical trade-offs that influence the reliability, security and cost-efficiency of Vetric’s global data pipelines. Your contributions—migrating container workloads, evolving IaC frameworks, scaling data-intensive systems and enforcing observability standards—will directly shape the performance and resilience of the product at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute zero-downtime migration of container workloads from AWS ECS Fargate to Kubernetes (EKS).
• Design, develop and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code across multiple environments using Terraform and OpenTofu.
• Evolve enterprise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, OIDC federation and safe rollout strategies to improve deployment safety and developer velocity.
• Monitor and tune performance, capacity and resilience of high-volume data infrastructure including ClickHouse, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB, RDS and Redis.
• Implement and enforce reliability and observability standards using telemetry tools such as OpenTelemetry, Coralogix and Grafana.
• Make data-driven trade-offs balancing speed, security (least-privilege, zero-trust) and cost efficiency (FinOps).
• Collaborate across distributed teams to build secure, compliant and scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with organizational requirements.
• Own on-call rotations, incident management and operational response processes driven by signal over noise.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering in data-intensive, high-throughput environments.
• Advanced AWS expertise across compute, networking (VPC, DNS, segmentation), IAM and scalability patterns.
• Production-scale Kubernetes mastery (EKS), including cluster architecture, optimization and heavy-load operations.
• Expertise in Terraform or equivalent IaC tools plus scripting or software engineering in Python, Go or TypeScript; strong Bash skills.
• Deep understanding of container orchestration (Docker, ECS) and modern CI/CD practices with safe rollout mechanisms.
