This role is all about spotting the right partners, negotiating collaborations, and making sure influencer campaigns drive measurable growth and conversions. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-networked in the crypto community, and able to combine creativity with a performance-driven approach.

     

     Responsibilities:

    • Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with crypto influencers, KOLs, and media personalities across Twitter (X), YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and other platforms.
    • Negotiate collaboration terms, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and performance-driven.
    • Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with marketing funnels and growth KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).
    • Track, analyze, and report influencer campaign performance, suggesting improvements and scaling successful initiatives.
    • Maintain and expand the company’s influencer database, staying updated on rising voices and trending communities in crypto.

     Requirements:

    • Proven experience in influencer marketing (crypto/Web3 experience is a strong plus).
    • Existing contacts with influencers or experience in influencer collaborations will be a strong plus.
    • Understanding of social media dynamics in crypto (Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Discord, TikTok).
    • Understanding the current trends and narratives in the crypto space; 
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    Working conditions:
