AdTribe is a performance marketing agency helping e-commerce brands across the US, Canada, and Europe grow through paid acquisition. We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and work directly with clients on scaling and optimizing their advertising efforts.

We're open to different seniority levels. What matters most is your ability to drive results, take ownership, and continuously improve your craft.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands, SAAS, lead gen.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Build testing roadmaps and implement new ideas across accounts.
• Collaborate with team leads and other media buyers on strategy and problem-solving.
• Prepare reports and communicate insights clearly.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands, SAAS, lead gen
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Adveronix.
• Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.
• Openness to AI tools and automation.
• Experience across multiple niches and account sizes.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who can combine hands-on outreach with AI, automation, and signal-based prospecting.

You’ll be responsible for identifying target companies, connecting with decision-makers through email and LinkedIn, managing conversations, and booking qualified meetings. At the same time, you’ll help improve how we source, enrich, and engage leads using modern GTM tools.

What You’ll Do

• Research target markets and build relevant prospect lists based on our ICP.
• Find and verify decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other data tools.
• Reach out to prospects through email and LinkedIn.
• Manage conversations, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team.
• Build personalized outreach sequences based on company and prospect data.
• Track signals such as job changes, hiring activity, funding, and LinkedIn engagement to identify the right moment for follow-up.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve outreach efficiency.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM.
• Test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve response and booking rates.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or similar outbound role.
• Strong written English and confidence communicating with senior decision-makers.
• Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Understanding of ICP research, lead qualification, and sales pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, HeyReach, Dripify, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI, sales automation, and modern GTM processes.
• A structured, analytical approach and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience building signal-based outreach workflows.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data enrichment.
• Experience working with clients in the US, Canada, or Europe.

You'll own the creative output for paid campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a performance creative role, not a brand design role. You'll design ads that hit a CPA, not ads that win a Behance feature.

     Day to day

• Design static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google - image ads, carousels, lead-gen banners
• Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3) end-to-end - from ideation to final asset
• Prepare creative briefs for testing
• Iterate fast on winners - hooks, headlines, formats, ratios
• Work directly with media buyers - see your ads go live in 48 hours and watch the data
• Stay on top of what's working in the Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and competitor accounts

     What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of design experience in an agency, DTC brand, or freelance for performance marketing
• Strong portfolio of paid social and/or paid search ads (please include results where you can)
• Figma fluency - fast, clean files, component-based workflows
• Hands-on with AI tools - Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3. You should be comfortable prompt-engineering, not just clicking presets
• Direct-response design instincts: clear hierarchy,  strong visual hooks in the first frame
• Solid typography, layout, color  fundamentals (AI doesn't replace these - it amplifies them)
• You move fast, take feedback well

• You scroll the Meta Ad Library for fun
• You've shipped creative that hit real scale
• You can write a hook, not just design one
• Experience across both DTC (ecom) and lead-gen formats
• You can talk through ad performance data, not just creative
• Personal projects with generative AI (img, video, audio)
