AdTribe is a performance marketing agency with 7 years of expertise in scaling e-commerce brands in the USA market. We help our clients grow through Facebook (Meta), Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. Now, we're looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and work with clients from the USA, UK, Australia, and other Tier-1 markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch, Manage, and Optimize advertising campaigns for clients, focusing on Facebook & Google. (10-12 accounts/6-8 projects)
• Strategic Consulting: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and other key business metrics.
• Client Communication: Engage directly with clients via Slack, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports
• Creative Strategy: Offer creative insights and recommendations to enhance ad performance, create briefs for designers and content creators.
• Process Improvement: Follow and improve AdTribe’s internal workflows to drive better efficiency and results.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ year of experience managing successful ad campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms
• Understanding of eCommerce and Lead Generation projects
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to clearly articulate ideas

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with US-based clients
• Experience with AI tools to enhance marketing processes (we use GoMarble, Claude, Adweronix ets.)
• Proficiency in GA4 for reporting and analytics

You'll own the creative output for paid campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a performance creative role, not a brand design role. You'll design ads that hit a CPA, not ads that win a Behance feature.

     Day to day

• Design static ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google - image ads, carousels, lead-gen banners
• Produce short-form video ads - UGC-style edits, motion, product demos, talking-head reframes
• Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3) end-to-end - from ideation to final asset
• Prepare creative briefs for testing
• Iterate fast on winners - swap hooks, headlines, formats, ratios
• Work directly with media buyers - see your ads go live in 48 hours and watch the data
• Stay on top of what's working in the Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and competitor accounts

     What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of design experience in an agency, DTC brand, or freelance for performance marketing
• Strong portfolio of paid social and/or paid search ads (please include results where you can)
• Figma fluency - fast, clean files, component-based workflows
• Hands-on with AI tools - Higgsfield, Nano Banana, VEO3. You should be comfortable prompt-engineering, not just clicking presets
• Video editing chops - CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects
• Direct-response design instincts: clear hierarchy,  strong visual hooks in the first frame
• Solid typography, layout, color  fundamentals (AI doesn't replace these - it amplifies them)
• You move fast, take feedback well

• You scroll the Meta Ad Library for fun
• You've shipped creative that hit real scale
• You can write a hook, not just design one
• Experience across both DTC (ecom) and lead-gen formats
• You can talk through ad performance data, not just creative

AdTribe is a performance marketing agency working directly with businesses and in a white-label format with agencies across the US, Canada, and Europe.

Required Skill Set & Mindset

• 6 months of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (willingness to grow into Google Ads is a strong plus)
• Interest in working with US and EU markets and readiness for evening overlap with the US (approximately 6:00–9:00 PM Kyiv time)
• Confidence in an English-speaking environment and genuine enjoyment of client and team communication (spoken English is required)

• Motivation to grow either in technical optimization or in the creative/strategic direction

   

How We Support Your Growth

The first week is dedicated fully to onboarding — no client projects. The focus is on learning our internal documentation, processes, and approach to performance marketing.

The full onboarding program lasts 3 months and includes:

• Internal training system for account management
• Analytics course (business metrics, unit economics, data interpretation)
• Creative strategy course by Dara Denney
• Google Ads course for e-commerce

Within 9–12 months of collaboration:

• Transition from supervised work to independent account management
• Mastering 30–60–90 day strategic planning
• Deep understanding of unit economics and performance impact

• Identifying and strengthening your main direction: technical optimization or creative strategy

   

Responsibilities

• Managing 5–7 advertising accounts under the mentorship of a Team Lead
• Analyzing performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, margin
• Building test plans and performance hypotheses
• Working with creatives: briefing, feedback, and performance analysis
• Using analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, Clarity, etc.)
• Working with AI tools, including GoMarble

• Participating in client and partner calls

• After transition to Middle level (9-12 months): fixed base + bonus structure
