Role Overview:

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing a financial platform based on a microservices architecture. This role demands expertise in backend development, system architecture, and a strong understanding of workflows in the financial domain, including the use of MongoDB and Kafka.

Required Technical Skills:

1. Programming Languages:
    
   • Proficiency in Go (Golang).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development using Javascript and ReactJS
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Hands on experience with consuming REST APIs
• Expert in Front End Security prevention such as JWT, SQL Injection, XSS, etc
• Experience working with Docker and containerization practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Experience with microservices and building highly scalable applications is a plus

What you will do:

• Lead the Automations Team, which consists of Python developers;
• Distribute tasks among team members, monitor their execution, and ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards;
• Plan, manage, and control the development processes within the team to ensure the timely completion of automation projects;
• Conduct research and analysis of the company’s business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization;
• Explore third-party systems that can be integrated for process automation or optimization;

You are:

QA with experience/knowledge of:

• Having knowledge of the Fundamental Test Process
• Understanding Agile methodology
• Web Applications and specifics of their testing
• Testing techniques
• Preparing test design according to the defined test approach
• Performing defect analysis and writing detailed and helpful defect reports with expected results for resolving defect
• Creating, updating, supporting, and providing the review of requirements, user stories or other documents related to QC activities on a project
• API Testing (will be a plus)
• Upper Intermediate English level
