We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Manager to join our product B2C iGaming company operating in the US Sweepstakes market.

The main focus of this role is to identify and investigate fraudulent player activity, review withdrawal/redemption requests, analyze gameplay patterns, and prevent abuse while ensuring legitimate players have a smooth experience.
 

Responsibilities:

• Review withdrawal / redemption requests to identify potential fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity.
• Analyze player gaming sessions and gameplay behavior to identify fraudulent or abnormal patterns.
• Detect and investigate multi-accounting, including connections between accounts based on available player, device, payment, behavioral, and other data.
• Identify suspicious player behavior, bonus abuse, payment-related fraud, and other types of product exploitation.
• Make decisions on approving, rejecting, or requesting additional verification for withdrawals/redemptions according to internal company policies and risk criteria.
• Analyze potentially suspicious gameplay and understand whether player activity may indicate exploitation of specific game or slot mechanics.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Payments, Customer Support, and VIP teams to investigate complex or suspicious cases.
• Collect supporting evidence and document investigation results for internal audits and external reviews.

• Experience identifying and investigating multi-accounting and fraudulent player behavior.
• Understanding of KYC/KYB procedures and risk-based customer verification.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategy, analytics, CRM, lifecycle management, gamification, and commercial ownership. You will be responsible not only for launching retention initiatives, but also for defining the overall retention framework, processes, KPIs, and measurement approach across the entire player lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the end-to-end B2C retention strategy, from onboarding and activation through engagement, loyalty, churn prevention, reactivation, and win-back.
