Key Responsibilities
 

Business Strategy & Growth:

• Define and execute the company's long-term vision and growth strategy within the US Sweepstakes Casino market.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to maintain a strong market position.

Operational Leadership:

• Lead and optimize company operations across Product, Marketing, CRM, VIP, Affiliates, Payments, Customer Support, Compliance, and Technology.
• Build scalable processes and organizational structures that support rapid business growth.
• Ensure alignment between departments around strategic priorities and company objectives.

Commercial & Financial Management:

• Own the company's commercial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and company-wide KPI management.
• Drive data-informed decision-making and continuously optimize business performance.

Product & Customer Growth:

• Partner closely with Product and CRM teams to improve customer acquisition, player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Support the development of innovative product experiences that strengthen competitive advantage.

Leadership & Culture:

• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Attract and retain exceptional talent while developing future leaders across the organization.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure the company operates in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

Executive Experience:

• Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or another senior leadership role within iGaming, Sweepstakes Casino, Social Casino, or a high-growth digital product company.
• Demonstrated success in scaling product-led businesses and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Industry Expertise:

• Deep understanding of the US Sweepstakes Casino ecosystem, including acquisition channels, affiliate marketing, retention strategies, VIP programs, and player lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial models, digital marketing, and operational best practices within the iGaming industry.

Business & Financial Acumen:

• Extensive experience managing P&L, financial planning, budgeting, and business performance.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Creative Development:

• Work with our established brand guidelines and mascot to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Bring fresh creative ideas and modern design approaches while maintaining the brand identity.
   

Marketing & Performance Creatives:

• Design high-performing visual assets for paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create compelling banners, landing page visuals, and promotional materials focused on user acquisition and engagement.
   

Social Media Design:

• Produce engaging content and reusable templates for Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.

Product & Promotional Graphics:

• Design promotional pages for tournaments, lotteries, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
• Create lobby banners, in-product promotional materials, and themed UI elements for holidays and events.
   

Creative Concept Development:

• Brainstorm and develop original visual concepts together with marketers and copywriters.
• Transform campaign ideas into impactful and conversion-focused creative solutions.
   

Asset Adaptation & Localization:

• Adapt and scale creatives for different placements, formats, screen sizes, and GEOs while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
   

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or Creative Designer.
• Previous experience in iGaming or Betting is a strong advantage. Experience in GameDev, Crypto, or Esports is also highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, including complex photo manipulation and compositing.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and organized design systems.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create eye-catching creatives that capture users' attention within seconds.
• Experience designing high-converting marketing materials for digital channels.
• A portfolio demonstrating marketing creatives, advertising banners, promotional campaigns, and social media content is required.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design in Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Luma AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with high-value players, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving customer loyalty through personalized communication and retention strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring VIP players receive premium support and tailored solutions that maximize their engagement and lifetime value.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer support through chat, email, and messengers.
• Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop personalized offers, promotions, and loyalty campaigns based on player preferences.
• Reactivate inactive VIP players through tailored communication.
