You’ll work closely with company leadership, drive key marketing initiatives, improve acquisition and retention performance, and help scale marketing operations in the US market.

💪Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and improve marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, CRM, affiliate, and content directions;
• Launch, manage, and optimize traffic channels (paid, affiliates, influencers, organic);
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics: CAC, ROI, LTV, retention, payback;
• Generate and test growth hypotheses to improve marketing performance;
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, CRM, Design, and Affiliate teams;
• Support and improve marketing processes and operational workflows;
• Mentor and coordinate marketing team members;
• Work closely with leadership on scaling marketing initiatives.

🔥 Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in iGaming / betting / sweepstakes;
• Strong hands-on B2C marketing experience;
• Good understanding of performance marketing and retention mechanics;
• Strong analytical and operational mindset;
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments;
• Experience coordinating small teams or projects is a plus;
• English - Upper-Intermediate+.

• Experience launching or scaling in the US market;

You’ll own partner relationships, traffic quality, and performance optimization while working in a fast-moving environment focused on growth, testing, and scaling what works.

💪 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard, and manage affiliate partners for the US market
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and continuously expand the partner network
• Monitor traffic quality, identify scaling opportunities, and detect/prevent fraud or low-quality traffic
• Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, EPC, CPA, LTV, retention) and provide actionable insights
• Optimize traffic flows, campaigns, and partner performance to maximize profitability
• Coordinate with Product, CRM, Design, and Analytics teams to improve affiliate performance
• Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and new acquisition opportunities

🔥 Skills & Competencies:

• 1.5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming / Betting / Sweepstakes
• Strong understanding of traffic funnels, conversion flows, and affiliate economics
• Experience working with US-facing products or traffic sources
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and large data sets
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

💪 Key responsibilities

• Own the full SEO function on-page, off-page, and technical;
• Conduct competitor and market analysis, build and execute a growth-focused SEO strategy;
• Develop link-building strategies and manage a donor base;
• Create content plans and write detailed briefs for copywriters;
• Run regular technical audits and fix what slows the site down;
• Monitor core metrics, find growth zones, and iterate fast;
• Coordinate with adjacent teams, set tasks and control quality;
• Own your maintain clear project documentation.

🔥 Skills & competencies

• 3+ years in SEO, with proven iGaming experience
• Deep understanding of Google's ranking principles, algorithm updates, and search intent
• Strong on-page, off-page, and technical SEO knowledge
• Experience promoting mid- and high-frequency queries
• Proficient with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, NetPeak Checker
• Comfortable with large data sets Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, REGEX, XPATH), GA/GSC integrations
• Hands-on link building, know the link types and how to build them independently
• Solid HTML & CSS, understand how the technical side affects rankings
• Experience using AI tools for SEO tasks
• English B2+
• Data-driven, results-oriented, strategic thinker

• Experience with iGaming/sweepstakes niche SEO specifics
• Established donor base for link building
• Ability to configure domain background (hosting, Cloudflare, etc.)
• Experience launching SEO from scratch in a startup environment
