Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced in-house Legal Counsel (mid–senior level) who will become the legal backbone of our team and work in close collaboration with our external legal partners.
Your main focus will be ensuring legal readiness for launch, maintaining compliance, and supporting operational processes related to banking, PSPs, licensing, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main internal legal point of contact for the company.
• Collaborate with external counsel on U.S. licensing, banking, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with PSPs, vendors, and partners.
• Manage and maintain all internal documentation and policies (ToS, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC, etc.).
• Support HR processes: employment agreements, contractor arrangements, onboarding documentation.
• Oversee legal compliance of website content and timely publication of required documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to sweepstakes and gaming in the U.S.
• Prepare and submit legal documentation required by banks, payment systems, and partners.
• Advise management on risk mitigation and compliance best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Legal Counsel in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with U.S. or international markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to documentation and deadlines.
