This role is for someone who lives inside internet culture, understands how trends spread, knows what feels fresh vs cringe, and can turn ideas into content fast. You should be comfortable working with AI tools daily, creating content end-to-end, and optimizing it for reach, engagement, installs, and purchases.

You will own the full cycle of social media content production across multiple accounts: research, ideation, scripting, AI-assisted content creation, editing, publishing, analytics, and iteration.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow up to 5 social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Create short-form content in English for AI products, mobile apps, and SaaS tools
• Research trends, formats, memes, hooks, and viral mechanics relevant to each niche
• Turn product features and ideas into content that drives organic traffic, installs, and purchases
• Use AI tools daily for ideation, scripting, image generation, video generation, voice, editing assistance, and content packaging
• Create content yourself in a hands-on way: from research to final edited asset
• Work with UGC creators when needed and coordinate content production with them
• Build a repeatable content production system that can scale across multiple accounts and products
• Publish content, manage posting workflows, and maintain consistent output
• Track performance metrics, document results, and maintain clear analytics/reporting
• Analyze what works, identify patterns, test hypotheses fast, and improve content strategy based on data
• Iterate quickly: test new formats, double down on winners, kill weak directions fast
  
   

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of short-form content platforms: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Good understanding of X/Twitter as a secondary channel
• Deep intuition for internet culture, trends, memes, attention mechanics, and what makes people engage
• Proven ability to create content that gets strong reach and ideally drives business results
• Daily working proficiency with AI tools: LLMs, image generation, video generation, voice/audio tools, and AI-assisted editing workflows
• Hands-on editing skills using tools like CapCut or similar mobile-first / lightweight editors
• Ability to independently research, script, assemble, edit, publish, and optimize content
• Strong performance mindset: not just views for vanity, but traffic, installs, conversions, and purchases
• Ability to work fast, test often, and make decisions based on data
• Comfort with spreadsheets / tracking systems / structured reporting
• Strong written English for content creation
