BDM / Sales Manager

Digital Hiring is a boutique IT recruitment & executive search agency (since 2017) supporting fast-growing companies across EU/UK/US
 

We’re looking for a BDM / Sales Manager who can run lead generation + sales end-to-end. We have some inbound, but the focus is outbound.
 

What you’ll do

  • Build a predictable outbound engine (LinkedIn + email): research ICPs, run sequences, follow up, book meetings.
  • Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities (needs, budget, timeline, decision-makers).
  • Pitch and sell our 3 service lines: IT Recruitment, Executive Search, IT Staff Augmentation / Dedicated Teams.
  • Prepare proposals, rate cards, and commercial terms; negotiate and close deals.
  • Own the pipeline in CRM and report weekly: activity → meetings → opportunities → wins.
  • Work closely with delivery (recruiters) to align on timelines, expectations, and client success.
     

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B sales / BDM / SDR-to-closer role (ideal: recruitment, staffing, IT services, igaming).
  • Strong outbound discipline: messaging, objection handling, follow-ups, and meeting setting.
  • English C1+ (calls + written communication).
  • Comfortable talking to CEOs/CTOs/Heads of Product/HR.
  • Nice to have: SMM/post writing skills, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Apollo/Lemlist; basic understanding of IT roles and delivery models.
