Affiliate Partnerships Manager Offline
Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Partnerships Manager to lead affiliate recruitment, growth, and performance across CPA-based acquisition channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new affiliates, scaling high-performing partnerships, and expanding traffic sources across review sites, influencer networks, email marketers, and media buying teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in affiliate marketing within sweepstakes, lead generation, or similar performance-driven verticals, strong negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset focused on revenue growth, compliance, and long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment & GrowthIdentify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates including review sites, comparison platforms, email marketers, media buyers, and webmaster networks
- Proactively source new traffic opportunities across emerging channels and platforms
- Build long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates and partners
- Negotiate placements and payout structures
- Collaborate with content publishers and review websites to secure premium placements
- Develop and manage partnerships with influencers running CPA-based campaigns
- Analyze key metrics to identify scaling opportunities
- Provide affiliates with creatives, landing pages, and optimization guidance
- Work with influencers and content creators to launch compliant, high-converting CPA campaigns
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand and regulatory requirements
- Monitor traffic sources for fraud, misleading claims, or non-compliant promotional methods
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of recruiting and scaling affiliates in sweepstakes, lead generation, or similar verticals
- Strong network of affiliates including webmasters, review sites, and influencer contacts
- Experience negotiating deals and managing payouts
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with influencer marketing on a CPA basis
