TikTok Ads Team Lead (Expert / Client Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Ads Team Lead who will help our clients successfully launch and operate TikTok advertising accounts, resolve complex issues, and ensure high-quality support.

This role is ideal for someone with strong TikTok Ads expertise who wants to move beyond hands-on campaign management into problem-solving, team leadership, and process improvement.
 

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth account operations and effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Support clients in launching and managing TikTok Ads accounts
Assist with opening and managing TikTok Ads credit lines
Resolve complex issues such as account bans, moderation issues, and restrictions
Analyze account setups and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure high-quality client support and fast issue resolution

Lead and support a team of TikTok Ads specialists
Onboard and train new team members
Participate in hiring and candidate evaluation
Improve internal processes and build knowledge base

Requirements

2+ years of experience with TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and account structure
Experience handling account bans, moderation, and restrictions
Ability to troubleshoot and solve non-standard problems
Experience communicating with clients

Basic leadership experience or willingness to grow into a Team Lead role
Strong communication skills

English level B1 or higher

Nice to Have

Experience in performance marketing or media buying
Experience with e-commerce or digital products
Experience working with TikTok Ads credit lines
Experience in support or consulting roles
