Olive Systems is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities across Israel, the US, and Europe.

This is a hands-on role. You will research companies, identify potential needs, find decision-makers, discover relevant projects, run outbound campaigns, submit proposals, and continuously test new ways to generate conversations with potential clients.

Web Scraping & Data Collection

We build and maintain scalable scraping and data collection infrastructure, from individual custom scrapers to large-scale systems collecting and processing data from thousands of websites.

Custom Software Development

We build SaaS products, web applications, backend systems, APIs, integrations, internal platforms, automation solutions, and other custom software.

Your job is to understand these services well enough to recognize where there is a potential business opportunity and how to approach it.

What You’ll Do

You will own day-to-day outbound lead generation across several channels:

* LinkedIn: identify target companies and relevant decision-makers, research potential triggers and needs, build prospect lists, run personalized outreach, and follow up.

* Cold Email: research prospects, build targeted campaigns, personalize messaging, manage sequences, and optimize campaigns based on results.

* Upwork: continuously monitor relevant projects, qualify opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, submit applications, and manage initial conversations.

* XPlace: find relevant opportunities on the Israeli market, evaluate projects, submit proposals, and handle initial communication.

* Research companies before outreach to understand their product, team, technology, hiring activity, and potential needs.

* Identify founders, CTOs, VP Engineering, Heads of Engineering, Product leaders, and other relevant decision-makers.

* Find new channels, signals, and approaches for generating opportunities.

* Maintain an organized pipeline and accurately track outreach activity and results.

* Analyze what generates replies, meetings, and qualified opportunities, and continuously improve the process.

* Work directly with Olive Systems’ management on ICPs, messaging, offers, and new outbound experiments.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, SDR, or business development.

* Experience generating leads for software development, IT services, outsourcing/outstaffing, AI, SaaS, or other B2B technology services.

* Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

* Practical experience with cold email outreach.

* Experience working with Upwork and submitting proposals for software/IT projects.

* Strong prospect and company research skills.

* Ability to understand a company’s business and identify potential needs instead of blindly following a lead list.

* Ability to write concise, personalized outreach that sounds human.

* Good understanding of software development and the technology industry.

* Strong written English.

* Comfortable working with CRM and lead-generation tools.

Strong Advantage

Experience with the Israeli market and XPlace, Hebrew, or previous lead generation for software development agencies/outstaffing companies will be a significant advantage.

Experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is also valuable.

YOUR ROLE 

As Digital Marketing Manager, you own the operational execution and performance channels across both of our brands PILLAR Germany and Betsa, two complementary companies in the solar and construction space, united under one roof. Working closely with our future Brand Manager, you make our marketing measurable and turn visibility into leads.
 

MUST HAVE: 
German at C1 level.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Run and optimize SEO (on-page and off-page), including link building, to grow our ranking for the search terms that matter for each brand, from "Solarcarport" and "Solarüberdachung + region" (PILLAR) to "energetische Sanierung" and "Bauunternehmen + region" (Betsa)
• Plan, set up, maintain and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns across both brands
• Drive social media performance across all our channels
• Build and improve landing pages that convert

• Own tracking, analytics, and reporting,  and report performance per brand in a clear, simple format (traffic-light / KPI logic)

About the project:

A retail business in the United States is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) with LS Central — and they need someone who can own the functional side of that implementation. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to power the outbound engine of our B2B direction. This is a full-cycle, hands-on sales role: you'll open new corporate accounts from first touch all the way through to close. You'll work closely with the B2B Lead and our product, tech, and marketing teams while owning your own pipeline, targets, and outbound motion.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own an outbound pipeline of new B2B accounts: HR/People leaders, executives, and business owners
• Run cold outreach across LinkedIn and email sequences
• Qualify leads, run discovery, and lead first meetings
• Own deals full-cycle, from first touch through negotiation to close
• Close deals offline and face-to-face with Ukrainian companies when needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a focus on outbound
• Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline from cold outreach (LinkedIn, email), not only converting inbound or warm leads
• Hands-on experience closing deals with corporate clients
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with concrete deal sizes and cycle length
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solid CRM discipline
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

We are a product iGaming company developing an international Sportsbook and Casino platform. We are looking for a VIP Retention Lead to drive the growth and retention of our highest-value player segment.

This is not a VIP Host role—you won't communicate with players directly. Instead, you'll build and optimize a scalable CRM-driven VIP retention system through segmentation, personalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

Our VIP segment generates a significant share of the company's revenue, making this role strategically important to the business.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond launching CRM campaigns and can design a complete VIP Retention ecosystem—from segmentation and offer strategy to churn prediction, personalized customer journeys, and retention economics.

You'll report directly to the Head of CVM, enjoy a high level of ownership, and be responsible for the performance of the VIP segment.

Responsibilities

VIP Lifecycle Management

• Own and develop the end-to-end VIP retention lifecycle.
• Segment VIP players by tier, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
• Build and optimize a Pre-VIP pipeline to identify and nurture high-potential players before they reach VIP status.
• Monitor player movement between VIP tiers and continuously improve retention strategies.

Offer Strategy & Bonus Economics

• Design and maintain a structured offer matrix for different VIP segments.

• Exclude players with Responsible Gaming risk signals from promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with self-exclusion and responsible gaming policies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key VIP KPIs using Smartico Data Studio.
• Analyze retention, AV, NGR, and player migration between VIP tiers.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis using control groups.
