Lead Generation Specialist

Solid Software is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is eager to learn, grow, and achieve real results.

You’ll help us identify the right prospects, build meaningful connections, experiment with different outreach approaches, and turn conversations into new business opportunities. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, creative, ambitious, and ready to develop their lead generation skills with us.
 

What will you do? 
 

• Searching for potential leads on LinkedIn or other supporting channels;
• Building and maintaining prospect lists;
• Contacting potential leads via LinkedIn and managing follow-ups;
• Maintaining and keeping records within a CRM;
• Tracking and analyzing LinkedIn outreach results;
• Testing new approaches to improve lead generation results.

Requirements: 
 

• Strong written and verbal English;
• Good understanding of the IT market;
• Understanding of lead generation tactics and best practices;
• Willingness to learn, take relevant courses, and follow new trends;
• Ambition and strong desire to achieve results;
• Responsible and attentive approach to work, follow-ups, and CRM;
• Understanding of LinkedIn as a professional networking platform. 
• Understanding of other outreach channels would be a plus.
