We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Warsaw. The role will have a strong HR focus, covering the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and ongoing employee support to performance management, engagement, development, and offboarding. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for team members and managers while ensuring that our HR processes, policies, and employee experience remain effective, consistent, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, adaptation, performance review, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, policies, guidelines, and databases.
• Support employee engagement, feedback, and other people initiatives.
• Continuously improve internal HR processes and the overall employee experience.
• Coordinate equipment handover and return documentation.
• Manage office-related matters with the coworking provider, including access cards and office access.
• Purchase office supplies and coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Support recruitment for selected roles during periods of high hiring demand.
• Assist with internal team activities and other ad hoc HR or office administration tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, People Operations Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Professional experience in the iGaming industry is required.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Confident use of BambooHR, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems.
• Upper-intermediate English for daily professional communication.
• Based in Warsaw or nearby and able to attend the office when required.

Tasks?

Your tasks will focus on the skills and expectations listed below and the use of new approaches and skills.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Explore lead contact information;
• Process and filter lists of relevant companies;
• Creation of a database of leads for processing by a sales manager;
• Close work with LinkedIn (connection and distribution of potential customers);
• Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads;
• Record all lead data in the database;
• Sending potential customers by e-mail (communication and connecting them to the seller).

Search for new leads and work with them to convert them into clients

Lead may use any kind of services/tips/source to find people who need help with development to get the first contact and start working

Skills:

- Ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies using Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email outreach to identify and attract potential clients;

- Experience with automated lead generation services;

- Experience in client search on Upwork and similar platforms: creating and managing the company profile, participating in tenders, writing proposals, and understanding project filtering for bidding;

- LinkedIn utilization:

  - Proficiency with Sales Navigator.

  - Experience in building a contact base according to a specified ICP.

  - Ability to bypass or extend LinkedIn limits.

  - Creating sequential email chains tailored to the ICP.

  - Communicating with leads to schedule meetings.

- Email outreach:

  - Prepare and organize domains for future outreach.

  - Building an email database according to a specified ICP.

  - Developing email sequences.

  - Analysis and optimization: continuously analyze campaign results and optimize them.

  - Collaboration with the sales team: transferring qualified leads to the sales team and maintaining communication to increase conversion.

  - Ability to plan work metrics and report results.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

- The lead was transferred to the sales department according to ICP.

Requirements:

- Work experience:

  - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager.

  - Knowledge of platforms: experience with Upwork, Clutch, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.

- Communication skills:

  - Excellent written communication skills in English eagerness to communicate, and interest in people.

- Analytical skills:

  - Ability to analyze data, numbers, and graphs and draw conclusions to improve lead generation strategy.

  - Understanding of B2B sales operations/experience in them.

- Organizational skills:

  - High self-organization and ability to work systematically in a remote mode.

- Creativity and initiative:

  - Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to client acquisition.

Задачі та зони відповідальності:

• Забезпечити повне управління та розвиток одного найбільшого стратегічного партнера компанії: сформувати стратегію, контролювати P&L та вивести напрям на планові фінансові показники;
• Налагодити глибоку аналітику та щоденну звітність: моніторити маржинальність, CR, EPC, LTV, Retention, Fraud rate та актуалізувати дашборди;
• Виявити та усунути аномалії: швидко знаходити причини просадок у конверсіях, зупиняти втрати прибутку та мінімізувати операційні ризики;
• Сформувати та перевірити гіпотези щодо оптимізації воронок, GEO, джерел трафіку (FB, PPC, Bing тощо), оферів, капів та ставок;
• Провести комерційні переговори щодо покращення умов співпраці, розширення капів та вибиття ексклюзивних ставок, спираючись на аналітичні дані;
• Організувати крос-функціональну взаємодію з командами Media Buying, BI, Product, Finance, Anti-fraud та Tech для оперативного впровадження змін та інтеграцій.

Що для нас важливо:

• Досвід: від 3 років в Affiliate / Performance Marketing / Key Account Management;
• Досвід з великими обсягами: обов'язковий практичний досвід управління великим партнером або проектом із високим чеком/фінансовим оборотом;
• Просунута аналітика: впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets (зведені таблиці, складні формули, обробка великих масивів даних). Уміння будувати звіти та інтерпретувати дані;
• Глибоке розуміння метрик: Revenue, ROAS/ROI, CPA, EPC, CR, LTV, Retention, Approval rate, Fraud/Chargeback rate, Unit-економіка;
• Технічний бекграунд: розуміння принципів атрибуції, трекінгу, Postback, UTM-міток, API-інтеграцій та причин розбіжностей у даних;
• Розуміння джерел трафіку: досвід аналізу воронок у розрізі сорсів (Facebook, PPC, Bing, Member area тощо);
• Mindset: сильне системне мислення, Ownership та вміння аргументувати будь-які рішення цифрами.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід персонального ведення стратегічного партнера з обсягом від $1 000 000 на місяць;
• Досвід роботи з BI-системами (Power BI, Tableau, Looker / Looker Studio) та автоматизацією звітності;
• Практичний досвід роботи з anti-fraud системами та оцінкою якості трафіку;
• Розуміння методології проведення A/B-тестів та оцінки їхньої статистичної значущості.
